Humera Shahid has more than 20 years of experience in the talent field, focusing on growing companies fueled by highly engaged talent. Her background covers a broad range of talent-focused disciplines, and her passion lies with creating a talent system that allows individuals to do the best work of their lives by learning new skills, taking on challenging assignments, and growing their careers at a thriving organization. She joined Intuit in 2019 as a small business owner, and she connected personally to the mission of the company to power prosperity around the world. She leads the talent development function with an amazing team that leverages data and technology to deepen their understanding of the workforce and discover what their people need to be effective today and into the future.
