Danette is a woman who always fills me with energy after each conversation we have, so I knew I needed to have her on my show.  She is Director of Learning for Magical Learning; a Chartered Accountant; CPA and executive coach with over twenty-five years’ experience in both the private and public sectors.

With 5 children to support, Danette and husband Grahame decided to leave their careers behind and back themselves in their own business.  For the past twenty-three years they have run training and consulting companies focusing on leadership and adaptability; and their work takes them across the globe.

Ironically, their teachings of personal leadership and adaptability came into play personally, when, just a week before Christmas, 90% of their business vanished in a flash and through this conversation, Danette shares the questions they asked themselves then, and continue to ask today, that aided them through that time.

Danette lives on her farm near Gundagai, NSW and loves to learn and travel; which, as you can imagine, has been challenging in itself amid this global pandemic!!!
