This is a special episode release as I sit and chat with my cousin Daphnée Aladin-Delva - Vice President of the Sickle Cell Anemia Association of Quebec. 

Daphnée and I discuss her journey through life - living with the disease Sickle Cell. 

Told by doctors that she wouldn’t live past the age of 5, let alone 15, Daphnée is here to share and educate us on what it’s like living with the disease as well as her near death experience.
