Wellness as a concept has touch points within every area of our lives, making it a term that can be hard to define, and a goal that can be hard to reach. This week, Dr. Lauryn is joined by Dr. DelRae Messer for a wide ranging conversation centered around this idea of wellness and how to navigate achieving it while still balancing the desire to be a high performer at work, and what that all looks like for women in particular in today’s age. 

Dr. DelRae Messer graduated magna cum laude from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2007, originally setting out to build her Chiropractic business. ​​After creating a sustainable lifestyle weight loss program within her Chiropractic office, helping thousands of people achieve their weight loss and health goals, she moved her business online, becoming an executive partner with Isagenix International, a global nutrition and well-being company. She is now a coach and speaker as well, and has an immense amount of knowledge to share about wellness and how to revitalize your body and mind.

During their conversation, Dr. DelRae and Dr. Lauryn discuss the power of immersing yourself in development, why learning to handle rejection early in your career is vital, using vulnerability as a tool for connection, limiting beliefs, instilling confidence in women, the role of guilt while balancing childcare and work, and much more!
