Thank you for joining us today as we explore wisdom on our 2nd millennium of podcasts. This is Day 1000 of our trek, and it is time for our 3-minute mini trek called Wisdom Unplugged. This short nugget of wisdom includes an inspirational quote with a little bit of additional content for today’s trek. Consider this your vitamin supplement of wisdom for today. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget.
Today’s quote is from Henry Ford, and it is, “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”
Working Together Is Success
There is really no such thing as a self-made man or woman. Success requires support, knowledge, and wisdom from many individuals. We need to come together and get started. Then we need to stay together through difficult times as we make progress towards success. Finally, it requires that we continue working together with consistent persistence to achieve the success that is truly awesome.
Success is when everyone that is involved is successful and achieving their goals and dreams. Let us think of ways to motivate one another, to encourage one another, and to spur one another onto actions that are loving, kind and productive. It is then we will experience true success.
Working together reminds me of Hebrews 10:23-25,“Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise. Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”
