When we think of sexy, we often think of our appearance, our sex, or the intimacy in our lives, but sex really begins from within. 

You may not be feeling sexy due to health conditions or mental health issues, but we need to discuss it because everyone deserves to have a hot and sexy summer. Human beings have sexual desires, it's a natural part of being human. To satisfy those desires, we need to feel sexy. Sexy can be attached to your confidence even if you aren't having sexual contact with anyone. 

We're talking about keeping it hot today. Feeling good in our own skin. How we can regain our sense of sexiness. Being in tune with how your body feels can very easily help you feel like you are sexy in all aspects of life, including sex, relationships, and intimacy.
