After I closed down my business in 2019 and then decided to rebuild it two years later, I had the benefit of hindsight and past trial and error to learn from. With the wisdom of my past experience, I could more intentionally and strategically rebuild my business from the ground up (instead of duct-taping things together piecemeal). Today I’m sharing the key steps I took to do this– the very same ones I share with the women I work with– as they can be applied to any small business owner.
