Before you hit "play," make sure you've listened to Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, and Part 5 of the series!
What becomes possible when you strengthen your relationship with yourself? When you know yourself, trust yourself, and feel deeply connected to who you are, you gain the clarity and momentum to move toward what you truly want. A strong relationship with yourself is about becoming comfortable and confident in who you are. That foundation can change not only how you lead your own life, but how you show up for others.
This episode is the final in my 6-part series teaching you the Life Mastery Method. So far, we’ve explored whether change is possible, learned how to interrupt patterns that keep you stuck, talked about the importance of your emotional world, examined how the nervous system shapes the way we work toward change, and looked at how to create action plans that actually work. Today, we’re bringing it all together by exploring the thread that runs through every part of the Life Mastery Method: your relationship with yourself. I've also created a companion worksheet to help you follow along with this episode, which you can download here.
Many of us don't really know what it means to have a good relationship with ourselves. In this episode, we’re taking a closer look at what it means to truly know yourself, build self-trust and self-connection, and nurture your relationship with yourself through greater attention, compassion, and care. Because when it comes to creating change, your relationship with yourself is the key to the life you want.
I hope this series on the Life Mastery Method has given you a deeper understanding of what it takes to make a real transformation in your life. If you want to explore this work more deeply, I’d love to have you in Master Coach Training. We cover everything from these six episodes and so much more. Send in your application, and we can talk about whether it’s the right fit for you and the change you want to create as a coach, in your own life, or both.
