your experience at FNM and the future of mobility in Italy.

FNM is a company with almost 150 years of history. We have not simply

witnessed transformations, we have governed them.

Integration gives us leverage. We combine infrastructure, operations,

rolling stock, digital systems and energy under one vision.

Our strategic plan allocates 1.3 billion euros, reflecting our

conviction that transport is inseparable from energy and digital transformation.

We have set a clear target of reducing CO2 emissions by 35 percent by

2029 through fleet renewal, renewables and hydrogen.

Milano‑Cortina is a diffused Olympics across regions, requiring

distributed capacity planning and strong coordination.

Rail is the backbone of regional connectivity and the legacy will

be a more resilient, higher‑capacity network.

Digitalisation is about redesigning the passenger journey, using

real‑time data, AI and integration to improve trust.

Looking toward 2030, mobility leaders must think in ecosystems, invest

in AI literacy and adapt to structural change.

Innovation is not only about technology. It is about people, leadership

and culture.
