Today’s guest is someone whose work is shaping the future of agriculture in the most powerful way—by investing in our youth.
Molly Ball is the President of the National FFA Foundation and Chief Marketing Officer for the National FFA Organization. She’s a proud former FFA member from Vicksburg, Michigan, whose journey has truly come full circle—from wearing the blue jacket herself, to interning with FFA, to now leading its strategic growth on a national level.
In this conversation, Molly shares her path from growing up on a Michigan farm to a career in higher education development, fundraising, and ag advocacy—and how those experiences prepared her for the role she’s in today. We talk about the life-changing impact FFA has on young people, the critical role of ag teachers, and the resilience it takes to lead in an industry that’s always evolving.
We also dig into her perspective as a woman in leadership, how she balances a high-demand career with family life, and why she believes the next generation is ready and able to take agriculture to new heights.
Let’s get dirty with Molly.
