Today is the day…my very first podcast episode! Welcome to Gather in Growth! Creating this show has been a long time coming and I am beyond excited it’s finally here. I recorded this episode the moment I plugged in my new podcast equipment… way too late at night, coming off of being sick, and in my dining room with poor acoustics and all. Part of me wanted to re-record in favor of a perfectly polished first episode, but I ultimately decided that 300 episodes from now I want to look back and smile on where it all began. This episode is as real as it gets. After all, imperfect action is what gets us from where we are to where we’re going and I hope this episode empowers you to do it scared. Thank you for joining me for this crazy journey!
