In this happiness hack, I encourage you to create your bucket list of at least 50 quests

And here is why. Having meaning in life is crucial for our happiness and wellbeing. That is, people who experience a sense of meaning in life report higher life satisfaction, experience positive emotions more frequently, feel more optimistic about the future, use their skills more often to have a positive impact and are more resilient in the face of adversity.

The sense of meaning and purpose in life arises when we feel we are on a quest of learning new skills, meeting different people, accumulating unique experiences and progressing towards a positive aim.

So in this happiness hack, I encourage you to create your bucket list of guests.But don’t write down 10 ideas but at least 50 or even 100! Why? The more ideas you need to generate, the more specific you get, not only including big audacious adventures hot air balloon across the desert to more daily quests such as planting a specific type of chilli,

Thinking of adventures and quests that can be undertaken today, tomorrow, this weekend, we increase your sense of purpose and meaning, boosting your happiness.

So grab a piece of paper and get your imagination flow.
