There's a power in embracing the delta between our expectations and reality, and finding solace in knowing that you control your actions, not the outcomes.

We may experience negative emotions when our expectations are not met, but the key is to focus on what we can control – our actions. By accepting that we cannot control the outcomes, we can empower ourselves to keep growing, improving, and releasing our work into the world.
