Take a breath, step back from the craziness, and allow your intuition to show you the next step.

we all want someone to hold up a neon sign saying "THIS WAY" or "TAKE THIS STEP NEXT."

We forget that we do have that guidance from our intuition. All we have to do is turn down the external and internal whirling of thoughts and actions, take a moment, and listen to what we need to do next to become clear, as though stepping out of the fog into the clear blue sky.

I add a few quiet reminders in this episode to help you reconnect to your intuition. It only takes 17 seconds, and if you can go 5 minutes, even better. The idea is not to make quieting your mind another chore or duty, but a moment to let yourself connect to follow the next set of directions.

Imagine driving and having the radio playing loudly, kids yelling, horns honking, and loud rain all while you are trying to listen to the navigation voice. It's nearly impossible. All you need is the next turn confirmed, a moment for all the external noise to quiet down so you can focus.

Take a breath, focus on what you need to know or a question "What step is next," and listen. You will be nudged exactly where to go, don't judge, don't over-analyze, take action, and move forward.
