05:07 – When I started focusing on changing my mindset and forcing myself to say nice things to myself, that's when I saw a huge change in my body and a huge change in my life.

13:14 – I felt like I really had to keep those two parts separate because I wanted people to think of me as a comedian not as a trainer.

19:07 – It works if you keep coming back to it so whatever makes you come back to it then go to that. My shit talking gets you through the class and keeps you coming back for more. Then it's going to work.

29:33 – I’m not saying I’m perfect all the time but for me it is so good to help other women and to help them feel stronger and hotter and more successful.
