Shownotes

Life can be incredibly challenging, and sometimes we find ourselves facing unimaginable hardships. It's during these moments that we may question why we have to endure such painful experiences.

But amidst the darkness, I want you to know that you are not alone. There is a web of support, resources, and communities ready to uplift and guide you through even the heaviest of burdens. And today, I am honored to have a very special guest with me, Krista St. Germain. Krista is not only a master-certified life coach and grief expert, but she is also a widowed mom who has navigated the path of grief and emerged with a newfound zest for life. She is also the compassionate host of the Widowed Mom Podcast.

Krista's own life was changed forever when her husband's life was tragically cut short by a drunk driver. The pain and devastation could have swallowed her whole, but instead, she found solace in life coaching and the concept of post-traumatic growth. Through her own healing journey, she discovered the power to forge ahead and create a future filled with hope and purpose. Today, she dedicates herself to helping other widows find love and joy in their lives again.

During our conversation, Krista shares her personal struggles, the moments that brought light into her life, the invaluable support she received from others, and navigating the complex path of healing while keeping the memory of her husband alive. This episode is a testament to the indomitable human spirit, to the resilience that resides within each of us. It's an invitation for you to join us in this heartfelt dialogue, to listen with an open heart, and to discover how you too can find strength, support, and the ability to embrace life's joys once more.
