Shownotes

What is up, everybody?! There’s no football on this week; so, in this special episode of Touchdown and Ties, we like to call this segment “The Bye-Week.” Similar to “The Off-Season” once football season is officially over, we’ll be diving into other exciting events around the sports world. In today’s episode, Daddy and I recap the Australian Open where Elena Rybakina has her maiden victory down under and wins her second Grand Slam title, and Carlos Alcaraz accomplishes his career slam. We then move on to Michigan basketball who is having a hell of a season and has come out BIG this past week, taking down No. 5 Nebraska and ‘lil bro, aka, No.7 Michigan State on the road. Finally, we wrap up with a quick rapid fire about the new NFL HC hires after a season of firings.
