Shiso, Perilla frutescens var. crispa isn’t only fun to say, but judging by the way that it’s used in cooking, it’s a pretty fun herb to eat, too.Micro Green Shiso is very small in size, averaging 5-7 centimeters in length, and has slender, crisp, and pale green stems with 2-4 ovate leaves that taper to a point on the non-stem end.
