In this conversation, Adam discusses the concepts of order and chaos in our everyday lives. He shares his observations about bears in Vermont and how their increased levels of comfort around humans demonstrates the nature of change in life. Adam emphasizes that chaos is a natural part of life and that trying to eliminate it is futile. He also explores the intersection between spirituality, consciousness, and money, highlighting the importance of aligning our actions with our true nature. When we use chaos and adversity as opportunities for growth, we can fully enjoy the experience of life.
Key Takeaways
All right. Well, it is spring in Vermont. And we all know that spring in Vermont brings bears. And if you've listened to the podcast for a long time, I've or last couple seasons, our bears are back. We have lots of bears. They're black bears, but we have some massive 400 pound black bears here. Actually, I was trying to I was on a call the other day on Zoom. My window is open. We have a German shepherd for a dog. And I just got done running and.
I saw a massive 400 pound black bear. In fact, I don't know if you ever have these like the ring notifications in the neighborhood and went off and it was like bears in the neighborhood. And all of a I hear my dog just start barking and it like got into, not into a tussle with the bear, but definitely chased the bear to where it needed to go. Anyways, they're back. So they're fun to watch. They're great. It's really interesting talking to the Game Warms over the years, bears in our area have become more and more used to humans.
And also over a five year cycle as a bear lives three, four, five years and has new cubs, it trains the cubs as to where to eat. So as they become more comfortable and they start eating more human food, if you will, and whether that's bird feeders, just leftover trash or compost piles or whatever it is people have out there, they actually start training other bears that are now being born to come and do the same thing, which is why.
You have such a presence of bears in our areas. It was just really interesting listening to that fun fact. Today I wanted to really talk about order and chaos. You know, it's really interesting. You know, you can summarize it as order and chaos, but if you look around, from our everyday daily lives, there is order and chaos. There are times, what I mean by order is that there are times when things are going really well. And you can look at this from a cosmic perspective, which you will,
but also just in these micro cosmos of just every single day, there is this flow and there's things that are going well and there's things that are troubling. It's all of these pieces, right? It's one of these things that we're doing is just that there's always going to be some level of chaos in our lives and there's gonna be some level of order. And so it's not about trying to get your life to a situation where everything is the way you need it to be so there is no chaos.
adam (:In fact, chaos is this natural adversity, chaos, challenges, whatever you want to refer to it as, it's just a natural sign of life. It's actually, it doesn't matter how spiritual you get or how much money you get. Sure, you can ward off certain problems with money, but you can't avoid the chaos, whether it's in your personal life or whether it's your health life or any of these things. Money can't stop everything. It certainly helps for some things and there's some levels of stress.
But they updated the recent, you know, the happiness curve project, basically, which said after up to about $90 ,000 a year, $95 ,000 a year, people see increases in happiness up to about that number. From there, it's marginally insignificant. And then in fact, what I thought was really interesting is after about $250 ,000, it actually starts to go the other way. And I was on a podcast yesterday discussing this. And one of the things that I think it describes is how...
when you have started having more options and you start increasing your lifestyle, there's a pressure that then gets put onto your business to perform, to maintain your certain lifestyle. And that can be an added pressure. And so more money does create more problems. And again, money is important. And people that say money doesn't matter in some aspect, they're right. It doesn't, right? And it's just a currency, but it is a mechanical nature of our life. And while it's important, it's not the most important thing.
You know, we are trying to answer this question of like, the paradox between spiritual or conscious business leaders and real world and kind of the money. It's a common question our listeners have and I've actually had my entire life, which is like, how do you bridge the gap? That's why we wrote the 200 % Life Book was because it's not one or the other. It's not about not giving up money or having money. It's not that at all.
It's in fact of how you interact between the two of them. It's actually about not changing anything you're doing outside. Understand that it really comes down to spirituality or being conscious or being more aware or having more of awakening moments that you have is purely about not changing what you're doing. It's the changing the part of you that's interacting with what you're doing. So if you're interacting from a place of ego or self -concept of desire, that word of like, for me, right, of not...
adam (:Not if you're acting from that place, it doesn't mean it's wrong. It just means that you're not gonna feel the fulfillment that you're looking for, which is why we have to keep chasing those things. And it's like, we just get on this cycle. And one of the questions I asked on the podcast yesterday, I was like, so, you know, it's funny because we look for these things in the future. Like, well, if I just get to this moment, if I just get to this next bit, if I just get to this next week, or if I just get to this next level of podcast downloads or book sales or certain financial,
dollar amounts, then I'll be okay. And I go, remember, that's a, that's a wonderful question to ask. But the thing is, is you've been doing this all your life. We all have. It's like when you were eight, if you just got that bike and that was it. And then when you were 12, you just got that person to go to the dance with you. That was going to be it. If you were 16 and you got your license, it's all you needed for the rest of your life is just a license. So again, I use big moments, but we do this all the time. And it's like, if I just get this, I just get this new house. If I just get through this part of, I just get to this next level of income or.
If I just, you know, get a, if we have a child, like that's going to be it. And it never is because the part of you that's actually telling you to do that can never be satisfied. And that is the, the, the slight intersection of these two things, which is it's not about what you're doing, whether you have kids or traveling or experiences, there are wonderful things to do. But if you're doing it as a way to make yourself permanently thinking that you're going to feel better.
or as a way of saying, once I get there, then I'll be happy. You're missing the entire point because it's not going to be. You've already done this. You've already done this many, many times in your life. Many times in your life, we've already said that. So we just kind of laugh at our own, our own self, our own thinking through those things. So then we pause and go, OK, well, then what is it? Right. Then then what is this? What do I do? How do I intersect with these things? Which, again, is to keep showing up how you're showing up. But use life. Use the chaos.
Use the order as a way to get rid of the part of you that has those desires, that wants that in the first place. That becomes the part of your North Star in life. At least for me, it's, you know, it's, it's, you wake up and you realize there's so much you can do out there. There's so many people you can help and serve and contribute towards. But what about just you? What about contributing to you? What about removing the part of you that's preventing you from experiencing the experience of life?
adam (:because that's what people are most afraid of. People are afraid of dying because they still think that life owes them some special experience or they're still looking for the experience to come to tell them who they are. The reality is if you're chasing life, if you're constantly chasing, you're never gonna call off the search long enough to realize you are life, you are experiences. Anyways, we're getting off course here a little bit in terms of starting with.
the natural flow of everybody, every human, every insect, everything has order and chaos in our lives. Just like when you wake up in the morning, there's levels of order and there's level of chaos and it can go in like weeks, you can feel great, but it never lasts. There's always some level of chaos that happens. So it's just a part of life. So we need to stop using our minds. We need to stop waking up and thinking that the entire purpose of our life is to get everything in order.
which is what the personal mind or the ego wants you to do. It wants you to wake up and go, go get those things so you can get it in order. But the thing is that never works. So that's what I mean by calling off the search because once you do that, you can actually experience it. And you just, you find this lightness when there's not this chaos of, of, of you thinking that it's not supposed to be this way. Cause every event that's ever happened is supposed to be that way. If an event has occurred, then it has occurred and there's nothing we can do about it.
If we think about even the extinctions from a larger standpoint, right? Well, actually, before I go there, if you think about our own lives, again, we've had a lot of moments where there's been chaos. And those moments, by the way, they feel different, don't they? They feel they pull you down. There's a nature to those moments that feels discomforting. And so our natural reaction is to pause and go...
Well, how do I get rid of this? And that's when we go to the mind, we go to the personal mind and we go, I don't like the way this feels. What do I need to do? And the mind goes, well, you need to go make more money or you need to go get a new relationship. Or if you just go get rid of this job, if you just get rid of that, I promise that'll be everything. And maybe for a moment, maybe when I say a moment, it could be weeks, it could be a month, right? But eventually it goes back to you having another problem because it never, it never goes away. And so you, you, we, we realized that we're never going to get.
adam (:the life, the way we want to. And remember, people in our culture anyways, are telling people to go be successful for these reasons. And what people are really saying is when I think about the definition of success is that people will say, okay, look, if you go get enough money, power, fame, leverage, you know, initials next to your name, then you'll be able at that point.
to control the environment around you so that your experience, your inner experience is one that's relatively controlled. That's what you're trying to do with order. But remember that itself is a whole game because there's always something that you're nervous about or scared about that can penetrate that. It's like you built this house and you put yourself in this house and you build concrete around it. So nothing outside can get you there, but there's still problems. And by the way, you're still missing the reality of life. You're still missing the experience of life. But that's what we're doing. We're building a house.
We're building, that's why in the Bible, we talk about building a house on sand, because most people build these self -concepts because they can go then hide there. That's why we have a self -concept in the first place is to hide and move away from this inner experience that I don't like. And hopefully you guys can see this. It's just the inner experience comes, I don't like the way this feels, and I'm gonna go hide. And what I mean by hide is it doesn't mean you're not taking action. The action you're taking though is to get rid of the feeling. And it really has nothing to do with life. It's like the prime example of this and it's easy to do it, just.
track with me is if an email comes in and you see the subject line and you instantaneously are disturbed, you're doing fine, you're going through emails, you're doing your work, whatever you're doing and everything's fine, then all of a sudden you get an email and you see the subject line and you're already disturbed. You open the body of the email, you read the email, you're now majorly upset or disturbed or uncomfortable. The feeling's built up. So now what you do is now that it's feelings built up, you don't like the way this feels, you go to the mind and the mind's already narrowed. You don't know you're doing this, but it's just, it's a...
it's unconsciously happening. The mind's telling you, okay, you need to send this email back, tell them why they're wrong and all these different points. And you gotta make sure this, make sure they know that you did this over here, because that's gonna really step you up. And they don't even realize how wrong they are. You just get caught in all this stuff. And even worse, you go, well, now I'm gonna go, I'm gonna go quit this job. Then I'm gonna go get another one just to show them how much they need to value me, whatever it goes. You're in there, you experience this. You have the mind that kinda just starts to just.
adam (:narrate and what it's doing, it's trying to calm the inner experience down. So people would say, what's wrong with that? The thing is, is the reason why it is that negative experience that just uncomforting experience is because it's something that's already stuck inside there. There's something that life is hitting that's causing that emotion because there's plenty of those emails happening every second of every moment and they're not bothering you. But this one feels really personal because it's hitting.
blockages is hitting stuff inside samskaras, right? We've talked at length on samskaras, just store energy patterns that are in there. Every event that you've had has an energetic component to it. And when the energy is not able to come through and be experienced, again, the ones that we don't like, we push down and they stay in there. So it literally be like Michael Singer gives this analogy all the time, which I love to steal, which is it would literally be like you going to a restaurant, eating a couple of bites of some food that made you sick and throw up.
and going, you know what? This didn't really make me feel good, but I'm gonna grab all this. I'm gonna take it home. I'm gonna eat a little bit of it. So I throw up each day. I mean, that's literally kind of what we're doing. So the event comes in, we don't like the way it feels. Instead of allowing the experience to work its way through there, we actually push it back down. That's what the samskara comes from. It's a form of a, it's like a circle where energy keeps moving, but stays still. And so then any type of event that happens, an email comes in, is hitting that and it's reigniting that feeling that you already had.
So it's, of course they don't feel good because you stored them with pain or discomfort. The minute they're hit, they're going to be hit with pain and discomfort. And so we have, so then we have the, the chaos of the moment of actually handling it. And we have our inner experiences that we're trying to deal with as well too. And we just have, have got caught in this form of thinking that they're, they're together, they're tethered together, right? Which is like the outside world causes this to happen inside. And in one retrospect, you're right. The, the event that's happening outside is causing.
what you've stored in there to be hit and disturbed. And so at that point, you are experiencing that all over again. So the goal of life is to, again, people talk about it, whether it's raising consciousness, find God, enlightenment, whatever, whatever that means for you is just each day to be a less part of that, to get disturbed. Because if there is none of that in there to get disturbed, then you're no longer bothered. And guess what? When you're no longer bothered, especially for periods of time, you're no longer bothered, you're actually clear.
adam (:to go out there and contribute and to act in life and to do things, to take a vacation, to make money, to have kids. But you're not doing it as a way. Remember I said in this beginning, the part of you that's doing it is not the self -concept or the ego. It's more purity, which will then fulfill you because you're not doing it from a place of ego, which is never going to be satisfied. It's impossible to get the whole doing part of life satisfied, which is your ego. That's why it never feels satisfied.
When people go, that's my drive, you go, no, that's your ego driving you so that you're paying attention to it. It's just so unconscious about these things. So when we think about the chaos in our lives, these are the opportunities that we can really go inward and look for the truth of why was I doing this in the first place? What was the point of this? And you ask deeper questions like that, it releases deeper parts of you that you gain more clarity to. And that's all that consciousness means has so many different levels to it.
It just you raise your level of consciousness means that you see things differently. You can see the voice inside your head differently. You're no longer glued to it. You can see it for what it is. You can see that your body is your body and that you're in it, but like it's not your body. You know that the emotions that come are just temporarily, they're fleeting and they can lead to moods and they can just move on. And next thing you know, you have a different mood. There's one constant that's in there. That's you. You're the one that's experiencing the voice inside your head. Tell you what a good job you're doing or telling you what a shitty job you're doing.
or in everything in between. It just never stops. It's like an annoying roommate, right? It's just in there. And you have these emotions, but you're the constant that's in there. Again, when you were 10 years old looking in the mirror, was it the same you looking at the reflection of a 10 year old as it is looking at a 42 year old now? Yeah, it is. It's the same you. That's the constant. That's the deeper part of you, right? It's not the human experience. Those are things you're supposed to experience. You know, when they asked the Dalai Lama, they said, you know, do you still get angry? And he said, yes.
And he said, but it's like writing on water. It's there and gone. You know, they asked, you know, deep enlightened saints that are masters of this, that have gone very, very far beyond 99 .9 % of the world in terms of their levels of consciousness. And they said, you know, Romney, do you, do you still feel anger? And the quick answer was, he said, yes, but it lasts for just a second. And again, it's like writing on water. It's very etheric. It's there for a moment and it's gone. That's the release.
adam (:So anytime these events that are happening. So the point of this is like when events happen outside, when chaos actually happens, the really neat thing that you do is you allow the experience to come through and that will help change you. It helps give you a different experience. Very few people actually, I think, you know, I think personally, I think a lot of the adversity or challenges people face in life is because without them, we wouldn't be forced to change because many people don't really want to change when things are going good or things are even just relatively okay.
It's when things become chaotic or challenging, again, chaos there, is when we're forced to make changes look differently. And that's what is moving consciousness along. And so we do this with our individual lives, we do this on a daily basis, on a yearly basis, on our life's basis. But if we get outside of ourselves here for a second, the planet Earth has faced five extinctions, right? Five extinctions. I think the second extinction, which is about 400 million years ago,
I think it's the Ice Age, right? The 400 million years ago, like 90 % of life went away, but it came back stronger. It took hundreds of millions of years, by the way, to come back. But when you're not thinking about time in the way that our personal concepts or egos think about time, which again, is you're here for a couple moments, whether that's 50 years or a hundred years, it's almost irrelevant. I don't say that lightly. I mean, I have kids, I enjoy my time, and I don't wanna, I wanna be here as long as I can too. So it's not.
saying it is like, who cares about life? No, it's just in the grand scheme of things. The world, just the planet itself has faced major chaos and it's revamped itself every time and it's come back stronger. So when the next one is, who knows, right? Who knows when that is? We're talking about the six extinction. People are referring to that as it comes up. Maybe it's here, maybe it's not. We don't know. But what we do know is in this moment, we have this opportunity to reuse the chaos, to use
adversity as a way to fuel this growth, inward growth. And of course, outward growth too. It's awesome to improve your life, to make more money or to give more money away or take vacations. That's the part of the beauty of why we're here. But if you're doing any of this as a way to think that this is permanently going to make you, that is the drawing line. And I keep going back to that, which is if you're doing any of this as a way to make that feeling inside feel better, that's when you're just
adam (:putting it back down. The goal of life is that you just become a letting go machine, which is as the events unfold outside, I'm using life as my guru, right? I'm using the chaos from outside. When that happens, it's illuminating something that's bothering me inside. That's when I sit there and I can relax, I can release, and then you act. I always call it our RNA. You relax, you release the energy so it moves through, and then you act. Why? Because it just makes life more fun.
It gives you more lightness. It's more peaceful. But we have stopped thinking about our when chaos happens, that it's a negative or bad thing. Sure. Is it more challenging? Absolutely. Does it feel differently? Absolutely. Do you have the biggest growth from that? Absolutely. Even in sports, if you went out there and won every time in your sports, how much fun would that be? You know, it's just it's it's you. You want some resistance. That's why the chaos is always in flux.
Again, at a global level, in terms of our planet, five extinctions over hundreds of millions of years, I mean, Earth's been here 4 .5 billion years. 4 .5 billion years? Human sapiens have been around at best, cast 150 ,000 years, maybe 200 ,000 years. I've heard everything from 45 ,000 years to 200 ,000 years. Either way, if you take the 200 ,000 years, that's still a fraction of the 4 .5 billion years. It's actually insignificant. It'd be like having a 300 ,000 page book. You open up one page and you read one word and you go, I know what's going on here.
And that's what we do. That's literally the time that we've been around here. So think about that. It's like the next time, and as we face chaos, it's designed for us. Every experience is just for you. And one thing that always kind of blows me away is that every experience you're experiencing, even right now you're experiencing this moment, no one else is experiencing this moment. No one else is experiencing the moment that you're experiencing. What a gift that becomes. Then we no longer fear life.
You know, I was talking to an individual there today and they said they're still struggling with death. Like they don't like to talk about it. And when you talk about it, it still like makes them very uncomfortable, which is fine, right? It does for a lot of people. And they really want to sincerely work past that now because they recognize as people are dying around them, as they're getting older and you know, you recognize that you are going to die too. And I don't, and again, the human body, your personality, your ego, your self -con, all of that stuff passes away.
adam (:But you who are in there, who's the constant that's been aware of the human experience doesn't go any worse. However, there is the functionality of you playing your part in the roles you are is gone and you can mourn that. It's sad and it's beautiful all in one thing. But remember, the minute you're born, we're all infected with the terminal virus called time. And that actually will take us all away. I mean, from day one, you're on a clock for a period of time, at least this go round. So then to me, that just brings a little bit more lightness to each day.
So the challenges become a little bit more lighter. And then you go, okay, then what's my point? Is it to build a business? No. But the point could be to build a business because that's part of your nature. Yet that's not why you're doing. You're doing the business so that you can then figure out what's bothering you, what's still in here that you can then let go. Again, when you relax and release the energy that's there, you start to see things differently. It becomes more clear. You're able to move forward with more speed because just life starts to circle.
This is why people, they struggle so much. They want to go down this path and they're like, but I still have to build business. Well, that's why it's 200%. Go build your business. Go, you know, go to, you know, be an artist, go be a musician, go be a stay at home mom or dad, go be executive, go be anything. It's just things that you're doing. They're objects of conscience. They're fun. And you probably are better at some things than other. Go use your skillset that you have to go do those things.
But yet don't do any of it as a way of going, once I get this, I'll be okay. Once I get to this level, then I'll be okay. And just be careful of once I get through this chaos, then it's going to be okay. Cause when does that end? What is it? You know, a year later, you know, I was, we have an upcoming trick trip with one of my sons and he's like, I can't wait for the next two weeks. I can't wait to get there. I go, dude, don't wish it away too fast. Cause it'll be here and it'll be gone. And then now three weeks have been gone and now you're a week left from no longer being in fourth grade.
And that'll go by fast too. So instead you can look forward to and plan and that's great, but pull yourself back into what's around you right now. Look at the fact that our trees in the springtime are now, you know, all the leaves are on them and they're almost fully blooming. You can watch the change every moment. Like, pull us back to that. And I'm not saying you guys go back into, I'm going to sit here in this cave. No, but you can experience life from a different perspective. And that's where, to me, it's solving the problem.
adam (:of the intersection between spirituality, consciousness, and business, and money, and all those different things that people are out there, which is all about the part of you that's interacting with it. And I also think, you know, I think the first step actually in doing that is defining what spirituality is, or defining what consciousness is. And again, it's not about some role that you play, or that you are doing podcasts, or writing books, or you're not doing podcasts, or not writing books. Actually, it has nothing to do with that.
It's not that you're a spiritual teacher or not a spiritual teacher. It doesn't mean that you're in business or not in business. It doesn't mean you drink wine or don't drink wine. Right? There's been saints that have been smoking cigarettes and drinking and went hidden caves and they're enlightened individuals. They want anybody else around them. And there's other people that want to be in the world and go out there and serve and contribute at a much higher level than other people did. And money was a part of that. Right? It's just, it's irrelevant of what you're doing. So we got to...
stop thinking that in order to be spiritual, I can't make money or I can't enjoy life's pleasures. Of course you can. Right? Of course you can. And I think that is the mold that needs to be broken, which is where we're all. We all still have this concept, whereas I can't really work on my spiritual life because I'm still wanting to make money. Well, go make the money and work on your spiritual life all at the same time. It's not one or the other. It's 200 percent. It's 100 percent inner, it's 100 percent outer.
That becomes the greatest gift when you realize I don't have to choose. It actually is both. So you can go explore and build cool things and give money away and make money or be employed or not employed. Again, it's irrelevant of what you're doing. That's the first step in defining. I say that's what I mean by defining what a spiritual individual is. They can live an ordinary life. They can be a teacher or a bus driver or they could build
widgets, or they could run factories, or they could be in sales, they could be in solar companies. It's irrelevant. You can find it anywhere. You're just waking up and you're contributing in a different way. I mean, there's apple trees, there's oak trees, there's plants that contribute. So every part of life is already contributing and they contribute a different way. An oak tree doesn't wake up and go, you know what? I'm so upset that I'm not producing apples. Right?
adam (:It just produces its own. That's why I'm saying we all have our own nature. There's certain tasks and jobs that would be very difficult for me to do, like accounting. It wouldn't be my thing. Could I do it if I absolutely had to? Yes, but I wouldn't be no good at it at some point. Or something that's very tedious with detail orientation. I naturally have a lot of energy and I need to be moving constantly. So again, for my nature, that wouldn't be it. It's the same thing like telling a shark to sit down and not swim.
its entire nature, even when it's sleeping, it's swimming. So as a human experience, we all have different natures too. And then we just, as we remove the part of us that's directing us, which is that ego, that self -concept, we actually fall in line more with the nature of what we're doing. And to just align ourselves with what's building all of this. That's what's powering our planets for four plus billion years, or the solar systems and galaxies. And I just always remind myself constantly, and again, maybe this works for you, but I've...
this works for me is how is earth itself could just blow up and we all be out of here. So none of what we've done in terms of president or not president or money or non -president, we'd all just be gone. And the entire like our solar system wouldn't even like blink an eye, like a couple of planets would move out of orbit and that's it. But in terms of the billions of galaxies and trillions of stars, none of them would even know. So that's what I mean by just.
getting outside of ourselves for a second. And then we go, okay, so then what's the point of being here? It's the point of being here is to enjoy your experience. And while you're enjoying your experience, you're playing with the experience here. It's a beautiful planet. These things that are here, we then now let go of the things that are bothering us. So we purify ourselves more. And so we can just purify is a big word. All it just means is the stuff that's bothering you, that's causing you to act out from that stuff, you remove more in that through relaxation. So the minute you feel a disturbance, you relax.
So again, an email comes in, you read it, you go, you know what? Cause they asked the question, what does conscious leadership look like? And to me it's that example, like if somebody's calling you on the phone, you see the name on the phone, now all of a you're pissed off. You either answer the phone and be able to handle that knowing that you're pissed off. And remember the key thing here is that you can stay conscious that you're experiencing this anger, but if you don't even come at it, you can still act through it. It doesn't mean it's not there. It just means that you're not attaching yourself to it and then allowing anger, which has its own nature.
adam (:to take you for a ride. Because that's when you respond to the email or get on the phone and start yelling at somebody until the next morning or next day or two days later, you wake up and go, man, I really screwed that up. And we've all done that. I use those bigger examples, but how many times are we doing that with our kids every morning or their partners or their coworkers or somebody in the store that didn't wear the outfit that you expect them to wear? So you got pissed off at them. I mean, really? Let's focus.
on removing the blockages so we can enjoy the experience of life. When death does come in terms of the physical body, when that is time for there, the question you will ask is, how did I enjoy my experience here? And I didn't say that I get everything I want. How did I enjoy my experience? And something I like to do with my students is always having them ask the question, if the mind wasn't narrating this, what I feel the same about this experience. So if you're doing something,
And your mind's going, why you have to do this? Why should I be doing this? If the mind's not narrating, would you have a problem with what you're doing? And the funny thing is the answer is always no. That's really interesting, isn't it? So again, it's how much that personal mind causing the suffering in our lives. That relaxation, that release will lead us to more clarity and more importantly, just to enjoy your experience of life. So while there's order, don't spend your entire life trying to get in order. There's always chaos.
So enjoy the ups and downs, enjoy when the wind's blowing strong and that you have a whole challenge in front of you. And enjoy when it's quiet and it's just calm. It's just all part of the experience of life. Relax, release, and then act. Thank you.
