And is what we use to make sense of ourselves or our personal narrative or the story of our lives and the personal meaning of life and the interpretation of the events and circumstances of our lives.

In this episode I share a special technique or method to leverage this psychological or mental thought process to make positive lasting meaningful smart behaviour changes that stick in sha Allah.

we are still carrying on with our journey, to unlock the mystery of the human mind from the perspective of a street scientist, in the school of everyday life. And to get a better understanding of the nature of human thought and the different mental processes and how our mindset and motivation influences our ability and willingness to our change our ways and behaviours for the better.
