Welcome to 100 days of Happy - 100 ways to include Happy practices in your life.

These are short podcast episodes - aiming for between 7 - 10 minutes where I explore was to build positivity and energy into your day.

With the fear and discord that is present and building in the world, I invite you to help me lift the energy of planet by starting with you and Choosing Happy for a few minutes each day.

Day 1 -The Happy Relax

Today I invite you to relax and smile. To breath deep into your body and take the opportunity to release the tension and fear, and replace it with relaxation and a smile.

This is the first step in a 5 step 'reset' exercise that I practice every morning. I bring it together as a full, longer exercise on day 6.

Community and Connection

My belief is that we win when we are compassionate, connecting and communicating unconditionally. When we are building a community of like-minded souls supporting each other through the dark days.

Be kind to those around you. They are living their own version of reality. If you want to be in conflict ensure it's aimed in the right direction. Be the example, by rejecting separation and embracing all, no matter where they are on their journey. Be the light, the example others want to follow.

I have created a community and resource pages on the Choosing Happy website at www.choosinghappy.co.uk - all will be available on day 3 - This was an intuitive urge to do this, to step up in my own way.

This is a special series of short podcasts, 100 days of happy.

And today we're starting with day one, the happy relax.

Speaker:

I'm Heather masters, and let's get started with the choosing happy podcast.

Speaker:

Welcome to day one of a hundred days of happy and has a masters.

Speaker:

And I wanted to take you through what I call the happy,

Speaker:

relax over the next five days.

Speaker:

We're going to cover a little mantra that I have that helps me

Speaker:

relax and open up to the world.

Speaker:

So the first.

Speaker:

Part of that is relax.

Speaker:

And I wanted to take you quickly through the happy relax.

Speaker:

So if you're in a safe place and you're not driving, you can sit

Speaker:

and really give your attention to your body, into your mind.

Speaker:

We'll start with the happy relax.

Speaker:

I'd like you to start with your breathing, to just breathe in.

Speaker:

Deeply into your stomach and filling your abdomen with air, uh, noticing how

Speaker:

that breath feels moving into your body.

Speaker:

So let's take a deep breath now

Speaker:

and then release.

Speaker:

Fully release the air from your lungs.

Speaker:

And again, take a deep breath in

Speaker:

and out.

Speaker:

And one last time breathing.

Speaker:

And that,

Speaker:

and this time when you breathe in, what I'd like you to do is also focus

Speaker:

on the ferry tip top of your heads.

Speaker:

And as you breathe in, imagine a huge smile.

Speaker:

Uh, smiley face above your head,

Speaker:

breathing a notice that smiley face and begin to relax your scalp

Speaker:

like that smile is melting over your scalp and down your head.

Speaker:

Just relaxing.

Speaker:

You just like whoa.

Speaker:

Huge ball of relaxation.

Speaker:

Just moving.

Speaker:

Sorry.

Speaker:

Your head and as it moves through your head, it's putting a smile in your

Speaker:

third eye as your browser relaxes.

Speaker:

Just feel your forehead, just relaxing your brows above your

Speaker:

eyes, just relaxing and moving into your eyes and just relaxed.

Speaker:

And as the relaxation moves through you, so does the smiley face.

Speaker:

So you have a smiley face and your third eye billowing,

Speaker:

emitting heat and relaxation,

Speaker:

and your face relaxes fully.

Speaker:

It melts through your cheeks and through your jaw.

Speaker:

So that your smiling, you have a smile on your own face, a relaxed smile,

Speaker:

not forced, just relaxed and hold that smile as the relaxation moves through to

Speaker:

your throat internally and externally.

Speaker:

So all the muscles are relaxed.

Speaker:

The skin on the outside is relaxing.

Speaker:

You're feeling a warm glow is that smile moves down through your throat and it

Speaker:

moves into your shoulders and you relax.

Speaker:

You can feel all of those knots and all of that tension, just

Speaker:

relaxing, relax, and release.

Speaker:

And feel that warm, smiling energy flowing through your shoulders and into your own

Speaker:

hands down your arms and into your hands.

Speaker:

Just relax and take a deep breath in

Speaker:

ex and relax into your chair.

Speaker:

Internally and externally.

Speaker:

So every organ in your chest is relaxing and that heart, that big, beautiful heart,

Speaker:

feel it, relax and warm and have a big smiley face on that big, beautiful heart.

Speaker:

Just feel the relaxation happy.

Speaker:

That's relaxing.

Speaker:

It's like you're falling back into a big feathered pillow relax,

Speaker:

and that relaxation moves now into your stomach, into your abdominal

Speaker:

region internally and next day.

Speaker:

Your skin relaxes, you can feel the energy around your skin.

Speaker:

Relax internally.

Speaker:

All of your organs, relax, and you have a big smiley face

Speaker:

just behind your belly button.

Speaker:

Feel the warmth and the love from that smiley face.

Speaker:

And keep that smile on your own face, just relaxed and the energy flows

Speaker:

down into your legs, into your knees.

Speaker:

You've smiley faces on each knee.

Speaker:

I relax further into it to just let it flow and take a deep breath.

Speaker:

And the relaxation throws into your calves, into your ankles,

Speaker:

into your feets in cute toes.

Speaker:

And each toe has a smiley face.

Speaker:

You can wiggle your toes as they relax.

Speaker:

And I'd take a deep breath and

Speaker:

feel that relaxation flow below and into the ground and

Speaker:

the smiley faces go with it.

Speaker:

As he connect with mother.

Speaker:

And imagine a huge ball of the lights coming from source energy

Speaker:

and flipping you and relaxation

Speaker:

and a big smiley face of relaxation.

Speaker:

And how this, as long as you want, before you come back to the room.

Speaker:

And move on with your day and the energy are happy.

Speaker:
