Shownotes
In this episode of the Eternal Optimist podcast, host Matt Drinkhahn welcomes guest Eric Sardina to share his story of resilience and grit. Eric spent most of his career in sales and marketing, priding himself on his work ethic and achieving at a high level. However, he found that his corporate career was full of successes that ultimately ended in disappointment. He would earn a sale but not get credit or payment for it, leading to feelings of betrayal and shock. This pattern repeated throughout his career, leading him to realize that he was destined for something more. Through introspection and working with a coach, Eric discovered that his place on this planet was to pour into others and offer the experiences and lessons he learned over the years. He found true happiness investing in humans rather than chasing money or titles.
