For years, Mark Errichiello was saying yes to everything — networking events, committees, property management, buyers advocacy and the demands of running a business. Eventually, spreading himself too thin caught up with him and forced him to rethink how he wanted his buyers agency, and his life, to operate.
In this episode, Mark shares what he learned from that period of burnout and how it shaped a more focused approach to business. He explains why buyers agents need to be deliberate about where they put their time and energy, why delivery should come before relentless lead generation, and the risks of expanding into new services or markets before you have the experience and capacity to do them well.
Mark also discusses building business through referrals, using systems and tech to strengthen client delivery, and why being willing to admit what you don’t know is an important part of mastering the craft.
