We're more concerned about writing, checking and redoing our "to do" list than on purpose doing 2 or 3 things in your day that leave you with a feeling of accomplishment.
We think that if we move around frantically... that we've achieved something at the end of the day. Yes, of course you may have done "stuff"... but, was it moving you closer to your goal? Whether financial, relationship, physical or some other important goal that you declared?
