So today let's get to the teaching here.

The missing keys to receiving healing.

You know, this is, this is really good for somebody that maybe you have just been struggling and struggling and struggling, but you, you know what?

God wants you to be well.

He wants you to be well.

He doesn't want you to be sick a moment longer.

So we're going to go through some pretty foundational things here.

They're going to help you for yourself, but also if you're ever in a position to minister to other people.

So let's just take a moment and pray.

Father God, thank you.

Thank you so much, Lord, that you love us so much, that you died on the cross, that you rose again, that you've provided healing for us in the same.

At the same time you provided salvation for us.

Thank you Lord.

What a gift that we get to receive.

And, and Holy Spirit, we ask that you be our helper today as we listen to this.

That the truth of the Word will just be able to penetrate our hearts, Lord, that we would hear it and receive it in the places that, where we need it in our body, that it would become manifest.

Your presence will become manifest wherever we're watching this live stream from.

Give us ears to hear and a heart to believe and a mind to understand everything that you have done for us and given to us and have for us today.

In Jesus name, Amen.

Amen and Amen.

Okay, well, keys to receiving healing.

This is not like an exclusive list, but there's a few things on here that I think sometimes we can easily brush over these and they.

Well, I know that.

Well, I know that.

Well, apparently we don't know that because if we did know that, then we're going to, we would see some fruit of that word in our life.

Right?

So first of all, let's get into this.

You know, we, we, we are qualified to receive healing.

Sometimes, you know, we listen to doctor's reports and maybe we've listened to opinions of other people, maybe we've read articles, maybe we've googled our symptoms, we've done a whole lot of research and we just come up, we've just got mounds and mounds of information, mounds of opinions about maybe, maybe just A whole bunch of years, if years and years of medical history that has been stacked up against us and has really told us who we are, it's told us what's wrong with us, but that, that what is wrong with us has become who we are.

And, you know, we can allow that all of those facts, all of that medical evidence to really change how we perceive and read the word of God to a point where we find ourselves just overwhelmed with the symptoms, overwhelmed with the stack of evidence that's, you know, against a mindset that says you could possibly be healed and we can disqualify ourselves from receiving healing.

And I just want to encourage you, no matter how long you have been sick for, no matter how, whether you maybe you've been born with a condition that you're.

You're in, you've always been sick your entire life, no matter how long you've had it for or how long the doctor says you have left or how long he predicts that you're going to be sick for.

You know what?

Let's take all of the timelines off.

They don't really make a difference when it comes to the word of God there because those timelines that come from man and come from our circumstances do not disqualify you from receiving healing.

It's Jesus who's the healer.

Amen.

And there is, there is no prognosis, there is no diagnosis, there is no stack of medical history, history that is greater than the word of God.

And when we start to open up our hearts to that word being truth to us, that power that it contains can start flowing through us.

So overcoming the degree of the flesh, right?

I call it the degree of the flesh.

It says that, you know, our flesh will tell us that we're not qualified.

Our flesh will tell us that we can't do it.

Or for some reason our own health problems are somehow exceptional.

And we are not a candidate for healing.

And I, and I kind of have this all the time, where people will come and say, well, what do you think about, you know, you know, what if it's genetic?

What if it's in the DNA?

What if it's a mental health?

What if it is?

I mean, he sent his word and Healed you.

Psalm 107, verse 20.

He healed you of all sickness and all diseases and delivered your life in the pit of destruction, right?

You've been, you've been redeemed.

Psalm 103 says that he's, he's helped.

He's, he's delivered us, he's Delivered us from all sickness, forget not all your benefits.

He saved you, has healed you, redeemed you from all sickness and all disease.

There, you know that word all kind of means all.

There isn't any exceptions.

There is no disease that is an exception to the healing power of God, which means you're qualified for it.

And if healing is a free gift, you know, you don't have to qualify for gift.

A gift is a gift, you know, if it has conditions on it, if it has strings attached to it, then it's not really a gift.

So you can't earn a gift.

You're given a gift.

Healing is a gift that you have been given through Jesus Christ.

Amen.

It's a gift that we've been given.

We cannot earn it.

And if we cannot earn it, we cannot unearn it, which means if we couldn't qualify for it, then we couldn't disqualify, be disqualified for it.

It's a gift.

You're qualified because Jesus already paid the price for you.

Amen.

So there's no dis.

There's no one that is beyond the realms of healing.

There's no sickness that is too bad.

There's no prognosis that is too deadly.

There's.

There's no.

Your, Your disease or your condition or whatever it is that you're going for is not an exception to the healing power of God.

You are a candidate for healing.

Amen.

That's really, that's really important.

And the moment that we receive Jesus, whether it was 50 years ago or five minutes ago, became fully qualified to receive that healing power in our body.

The moment that we received Jesus the healer, the moment that we received Jesus our Savior, the same moment that healing power started to cleanse our body in the same way that Jesus our Savior took our sins away from us as far as the east is from the west, super important.

So people have.

That was.

So that's, that's the first key, right?

The first key is you qualified now.

Now the second key that I'd like to just unpack a little bit here.

People have some preconceived ideas about healing.

And, you know, I was definitely in this category for years.

I was not, I was not saved.

I didn't get born again until I was 17.

And then even as a 17 year old, 18 year old, you know, I struggled with this, with sickness and disease, and I'd struggle with different sicknesses and diseases my whole life.

I'd always been sick, and it almost seemed like I kind of collected different diseases, you Know, as a teenager, I really suffered with chronic asthma where I had to carry a nebulizer machine around with me.

And that put me in intensive care multiple times when I stopped breathing and different things from asthma attacks.

And then I got.

Then my joints all swollen up, I didn't grow properly.

I had juvenile arthritis.

I had chronic fatigue syndrome.

I had multiple allergies that wanted to kill me.

You know, it just got worse and worse.

And When I was 17, I got diagnosed with epilepsy, started having seizures.

So really there was that.

There was always something that was kind of plaguing me.

And then when I got born again, my preconceived idea was, well, God's in control of everything.

And God created me, therefore he must have created me to be defective, like physically defective in some way.

And, you know, I don't think that that is really an unusual misconception, but I just want to throw this out there, that when God created Adam and Eve, he created them in the Garden of Eden, and he.

There was perfection.

He didn't create Adam and Eve with mutations.

He didn't create Adam and Eve with disabilities.

He didn't create Adam and Eve with tumors and sickness and disease and seizures and asthmas and, you know, and.

And allergies.

He didn't create them that way.

He created mankind exactly how he wanted them to be.

And they were healthy and.

And they were whole, and they were complete and they were provided for and they were safe and they were secure.

And they were raised in paradise, right?

We don't see any sickness and disease start creeping into God's creation until after the fall of mankind.

Until they.

They.

That.

That was the fall of temptation.

In Genesis chapter three, they fell for the lies of the enemy.

And we start to see that the ground became cursed, that there was the serpent bruised Eve's heel, that she entered into pain, the pain of childbirth, the toil of Adam's hands, the work of his hands was now, it was easy before, and now it was hard.

There were thorns and thistles in the ground, right?

Everything became hard and difficult.

Pain entered in after the full.

Pain was not present before the fall of mankind.

Therefore, God did not create people with sickness and disease.

He created people with wholeness.

Sickness was never God's intention.

He was never God's intention.

And that preconceived idea that if you are sick and you're.

Especially for believers, if.

If you're sick, then that must somehow must be God's will.

And that he can heal you if he wants to, to is completely out of place.

God's will is for heaven to be on earth, but with us to live on earth as it is in heaven.

This is what Jesus taught his disciples to pray.

Let your kingdom come.

Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, as it is in paradise, as it was in the original intent, the original creation.

That is God's will.

Let that come to.

To play in manifestation here on earth.

So that is a misconception that people have that God is the author of sickness or that somehow he wants them to be, to remain sick, to be some sort of testimony that is just not how the Lord works.

It wasn't in the original design and it wasn't in the ministry of Jesus.

Jesus never went around putting sickness on people to teach them something.

He never went around saying, you know what?

You're better off being sick.

You better stay blind, because you know what?

You're giving glory to God.

No, no, no.

People, people got healed and God got the glory in their healing.

Right?

So that was, that is a misconception that really holds a lot of people back.

And I want to clarify that for you today.

Maybe you've heard this before or maybe you just need to hear it again.

God does not want you to be sick.

He did not create you to be sick.

He did not create you to be.

Have mutated genesis or deformities in your body.

He did not create.

And he doesn't get glory from you being sick.

He gets glory from you believing his word, receiving it, and walking in that fullness.

Amen.

So there's also a misconception that God is controlling everything.

He's picking and choosing who gets healed.

Not so God.

Everyone that came, you know, Jesus is God's manifest, is manifest on the earth.

Jesus is God manifest on the earth.

He is God with, with skin on his flesh.

Right?

They are.

They are the Trinity.

They are three in one.

Amen.

And if you look at the, the life of Jesus, the ministry of Jesus, he was always going around healing people.

And every time that people came to Jesus, they, if they wanted to, they received healing multiple times.

It says they all received healing.

He healed them all.

He healed them all.

Right?

So there is an element in this that some of the times, if Jesus healed them all, that there were other times where some people received healing and some people didn't.

But nevertheless, there was always the ability for all to receive.

But there's another variable there.

It wasn't just God's will in play.

He wanted them all to be well.

He demonstrated that with the fact that over and over again he healed them all.

But sometimes not everyone received not because Jesus didn't want them.

Well, they're, because those people would not come, they would not believe.

They, they, they didn't want to hear.

Right?

So power was there to heal their bodies.

But some people didn't receive for a number of different reasons.

But that wasn't the issue, wasn't that it wasn't Jesus's will for them to be well.

And so, you know, this, this, this, this idea that God is controlling everything.

I'm not quite sure where that first came from, but it is very prevalent, it was very prevalent in the culture that I grew up in at 17 years old when I got born again, that God is controlling everything, that God is sovereign.

And I just want to just take a moment and talk about this word sovereign.

And in certain translations of the Bible it really does proliferate a misconception of the understanding of the word of sovereign or sovereignty.

God is sovereign, but that means, that is more like, it means he, he rules and he reigns and he has power and he has authority.

Okay, like a king, like a king would have.

That doesn't mean to say that that king, King Jesus has, will go around controlling all of his subjects.

You know, and I just give you an example of this.

Go back to Adam and Eve in the garden.

If God was sovereign, sovereignly controlling every little detail of their, of Adam and Eve's life, they would not have had the capacity to sin.

They wouldn't have been able to buy into the lies and listen to the lies of the, of the enemy.

Because God would have been sovereignly controlling every detail.

Well, you know what?

It didn't work out that way.

It worked in fact, God's will.

This is a shocker, but I'm just going to say it as I'm here.

God's will doesn't always come to pass.

Why?

Because God's will works through people.

He needs people to cooperate.

God did not create us to be robots.

He gave us free will, the free will to choose him, the free will to get born again, and also the free will to not choose him and not get born again.

And how do we know that?

Well, because it says in the scripture, in the New Testament it says that God wishes that none should perish, but all should come to repentance of him or should come to repentance.

He wishes that he doesn't want any, should any should die, any that should perish.

So if God wants everybody saved, but yet we have a choice whether we get saved or not.

You know, we could choose not to get saved, then God's will wouldn't come to pass.

You see, God's will works through us with our cooperation, but it takes us to respond to the will of God and to submit to it and to walk it out.

So this is important.

And when it comes to the area of healing, it's no different from salvation in the same way that we responded to salvation with, yes, Jesus, I love you.

Yes, Jesus, I want you to be my Lord and Savior.

I submit my heart to you.

We gave it, we prayed a prayer of salvation, gave our heart to him.

We have to do the same thing when it comes to healing or any other promise that is already established in his will.

Yes, Lord, I believe I receive healing in my body.

I thank you, Lord, that healing is.

I submit to your healing power in my body right now.

I make you.

I make your presence on the inside of me bigger than in the presence of any disease on the inside of me right now.

Really, really important that we understand that.

Right?

So let's look at this.

A hindrance.

You know, disappointment is a hindrance sometimes of not being healed when other.

Other people have prayed.

That's.

That's another.

That's another preconception.

Disappointment.

There are things that.

That can hinder us.

Hope.

Proverbs says that hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when it comes, is a tree of life.

Tree of life, you know, tree of life, like the tree of life in the garden.

Like the tree that Jesus bought us life on when he died, man, the tree in heaven, man, I tell you, is a tree of life.

But hope deferred.

Disappointment, in other words, can make us.

It can just.

Just hurt our heart.

It makes our heart sick.

And, you know, we've all been through times in disappointments in life where something, for whatever reason, whether that's the enemy, got in the way, whether it's our own flesh, our own doubt, our own unbelief got in the way with a fear manifest and got in the way and robbed something from us, whether we got offended, you know, and there's.

There's so many hindrances that are trying to pull in your heartstrings that if we lean, if we listen to those and we lean into those temptations, you know, it can stop the will and the power of God from flowing through us, going back to.

To do Jesus, you know, it says that he couldn't do many mighty works in there because.

In that town.

Because of their unbelief.

No, that was not the will of God.

That was that the unbelief comes from a number of different places.

But.

But Jesus was actually hindered.

He was actually hindered in his own ministry because of the condition of the hearts of people.

And let me look this up here.

Okay, look, this is.

This is really interesting in.

This is in Matthew 7, Matthew 13, verse 57.

I'm reading this amplified because that's what my phone was on at the time.

Amplified Classic, it says, and they took offense at him and they repelled.

Were repelled and hindered from acknowledging his authority and caused to stumble.

But Jesus said to them, a prophet is not without honor except in his own country and his own house.

He did not do many works of power there or many mighty works because of their unbelief, their lack of faith in the divine mission of Jesus.

So it actually says right there, they were offended at him, and it hindered them and repelled them and caused them to stumble.

And they weren't able to.

To receive from Jesus, from his.

From his mighty power there because of their unbelief.

So the condition of our heart is a huge thing.

And if, you know, things that we go through, past trauma, past disappointments, past hopes and dreams that didn't come true, you know, they'll really.

It's almost like they each.

Each one.

If you, if you have ever taken something and dipped it in wax, when you pull it out, the wax, you maybe just take your finger.

Don't, don't.

This, don't make the wax too hot, but I used to play with you sort of be fascinated with the candles when I was a kid.

And when the.

The wax melted around the wick, I'd like to stick my finger in the little pool of melted wax and bring it out and see, like my fingernail was covered in wax, and I'd dip it again, and it gets thicker and thicker.

And then you let it cool and you could take it off, right?

Like little sleeves, you know, I don't know if anyone's ever done that, but I was fascinated by that.

But, you know, I realized that sometimes disappointment can do that to our heart.

It's almost like we take our heart and.

And it dip it in the.

In the.

In the disappointment.

And it gets a little layer over it.

And then we have another disappointment.

We dip our heart in the.

In the disappointment again, and it gets another little hard.

A little hard coat over the top of it.

And in the scripture it talks about, our heart gets waxed cold.

It gets waxed cold.

And.

And that's how our heart becomes hardened.

When disappointment after disappointment starts to harden our hearts to the.

To the spirit and we become spiritually dull on the inside.

Disappointment spiritually deadens our heart from even be able to hear the voice of God.

And you know, one way that we can reverse that really is repent.

Actually, repentance is a gift.

Lord.

Sorry.

My heart feel that my heart has become hardened.

I'm struggling to hear your voice, Lord.

I feel like I've like that disappointment has.

Has layered over my heart.

And Lord, I repent.

I repent of leaning into offense.

I repent of listening to the voice of others.

And I ask your Holy Spirit to come on in and heal the wounds of my heart and make it soft and tender again.

You know, a simple prayer like that can turn that around.

And I tell you, it's amazing what will happen when we start to recognize how the layers of trauma harden our heart.

And when we repent, all we're doing is saying, I'm turning that around.

And it's.

And it's opening the doorway to the Holy Spirit and closing the doorway to the enemy.

And then that is.

That is a.

That is powerful.

But disappointment is a big one.

We can't just go through life allowing layers and layers of disappointment to build up.

Okay, another lie sensationalism.

We were talking here through as preconceived ideas that people have about healing.

And one of the keys to the missing keys to receiving healing is really recognizing and addressing these wrong preconceptions.

Because these become like rocks in our path.

They become like boulders that separate us from the power of God.

It's not God is not holding his power back from us, but sometimes our preconceived ideas, it's almost like layering boulders up until they've become like strongholds, until you build a fortress in your mind, right?

But as we start to pick away one of those misconceptions at a time, we start taking away the bricks out of the wall, we start breaking down that stronghold, right?

So cessationism, and this might not be a theory that you've heard of before, but this is simply saying that signs and wonders, the gifts of the Spirit, passed away with the.

The apostles.

So some people believe when they read the Bible, especially the New Testament, that all of those signs and wonders in the, in the Gospels, in the book of Acts, you know, that was just for then, but that doesn't apply to us now.

Well, you know, and they will prove that with their experience, because they cannot prove that with scripture.

Here's the thing, if you have a strong held belief that is, you know, God isn't healing people today, let's just say this is your belief system.

Somebody's taught you that, well, healing was in the Bible, but God isn't healing people today.

And if you believe that and you, you meditate on that and you think about that and anytime a sickness comes, say no, well, God isn't healing people today, you know, that was just in the, that was just in the scriptures, but that isn't for today.

Then you know, I have to go get the medicine, I have to go get the treatment.

You have closed your heart off to.

There even be a possibility that God might want you to be healed today or that healing power is available to you today.

And so because of those two things, healing will never bother you, right?

You're not going to get healing manifesting in your body where there is no faith present.

And so they, they back up this wrong misconception with the lack of evidence of any healing in their, in their life.

And really it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

And it's not, their faith isn't broken, it's actually working very effectively.

They get, they believe for nothing and they get it every time.

And so everything that they believe for which is sickness and disease is happening.

And therefore they use that as evidence to say healing isn't happening anymore.

It becomes this little loop, this little loop that people get stuck in.

Well, the problem is with that when, and this happened to some friends of ours, they came from a cessationist church and they were fine with that until they had a baby that became terminally ill and they wanted to suddenly, you know, it's amazing how this works.

But people will cast aside their preconceived ideas, their doctrines, their long held belief, doctrinal belief and positions when they have a crisis in their life and suddenly, you know, even the un, even the unbelievers all screaming out to Jesus, you know, when that, when the flood's coming, right?

And so people are willing to change their hearts and change their minds because a crisis kind of forces that a little bit.

And you know, we were able, we had an opportunity in there to minister to them and their child and that.

But that was a very difficult time.

And they had to give up some of their cessationless doctrine, those belief systems and understand that they weren't formed by any real passage in the word of God.

That was just a culture that they were raised in.

Here's the truth.

There's no expiration date on the Word of God, there's no expiration date.

Part of the Great Commission, which every denomination believes in, is going out and making disciples.

Jesus said to his disciples, go out, make disciples, show them what I've shown you and do likewise.

The things, the miracles, the things you've seen, the things you've heard me teach, and do you go do them now and make disciples and show them how to do likewise.

Well, what was Jesus showing them through that three years of discipleship?

He was showing them how to heal the sick, raise the dead, and cast out devils.

So why suddenly after Jesus's ascension into heaven, would his disciples think, well, I can't heal this.

You know, show people how to heal the sick, raise the dead, or cast out devils anymore.

Well, why not?

The Great Commission doesn't come to an end.

The Great Commission wasn't just limited to, you know, get born again and dipped in water and now you're good.

No, Jesus's ministry was far more than get born again and dipped in water.

It was far more about, hang in a minute, turn your life to Christ and heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out devils freely you've received, freely give that did not pass away.

With the closing of the canon of Scripture, Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Amen.

So there's no expiration date on the word of God.

It's just people use this as a convenient doctrine when they see no power of God in their sermons or in their churches.

They say, well, you know what passed away, I can't be responsible because it passed away.

It's not available anymore.

No, you've bought into a lie.

You bought into a lie, and you're using that lie as an excuse to build a doctrine out of.

That's the doctrine of devils.

I tell you, the cessationless doctrine is the doctrine of devils.

Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly.

And part of the abundant life is walking in healing.

It really is.

So that's a misconception.

And a key to receiving healing is recognizing that misconception, breaking it down, breaking it down.

Okay, another one.

Go.

I think we've touched this a little bit.

But God putting sickness on people to teach them something not true.

Jesus never put sickness on people.

You know, he is our.

Our physical representation of the will of the Father on earth.

He never went around saying, you know what?

You just need to live with that cancer a little longer.

You just need to say, dead in that coffin.

You just need to deal with that blindness.

You know, that lameness, That's a Little good for you.

That's actually good for you.

You know, that barrenness, that's actually good for you.

He never said that.

Things Jesus never said.

He never said that to anybody.

Absolutely ridiculous.

And people that fight against this are people that are looking for a reason and excuse why there is no power of God present in their life.

Right?

This is, this becomes a real problem for some people.

When we got, When I.

When our daughter Hannah got here, we, you know, we got born again years before that, and we steeped in a lot of these negative preconceptions.

Can't even say now cessationism yet.

The idea that God, you know, he's.

He's putting sickness on people to teach them something.

All of that stuff we, the sovereignty of God twisted all of that stuff, you know, that was such a part of our upbringing.

But we really, you know, when our daughter got sick, we.

We started to have our hearts open to the truth.

Where hearts open.

Well, actually, what does the word of God say?

I know what we've heard.

I know what we've been taught.

I know what we've heard in church all these years.

But actually, what does the word of God say?

We started to get into the Word of God for ourselves and found a different outcome.

And, you know, that crisis of her sickness really opened up our hearts to, To.

To realizing that we.

We've been believing some things that weren't even true, that weren't even scriptural.

And, you know, we started to look in the scripture and find out actually Jesus has a healing ministry.

He has a healing ministry.

He's not going around, you know, God is not.

Was not getting glory from Hannah being sick.

God was going to get glory from Hannah living.

His will for her was to live her will for her.

You know, we had people say to us, well, you know, we're going to pray for Hannah, but we're just not sure what the will of God was.

And in the end, we had to realize the will of God is for her to live.

Do not pray for our daughter if you do not know that the will of God is for her to be well and to live.

Man, I tell you this.

You can't pray a prayer of faith if you don't know what the will of God is in the realm of healing.

So prayers of faith are prayers of trust and confidence.

How can you be trusting and confident if you don't know what's going to happen next?

I know what was going to happen next.

And I pray for people.

The power of God's going to Leave my, my lips and go into their body and it's going to touch every cell, every nerve, every joint, every blood cell in their body is going to respond and it's going.

And life is going to come into the dead places and sickness has to leave.

That's what happens when I speak the Word.

I don't have to wonder about that.

I know about that, man.

That's a prayer of faith and trust and confidence.

Not because.

Because Carly said it.

No, because Carly's saying what God's already said.

I'm just repeating the word to Jesus.

And those, and those words carry power.

That's the prayer of faith and confidence.

That'll heal the sick, that'll save the sick.

This, this is important, okay?

Some people have some baggage, you know, some people have some misconceptions because maybe they've tried faith healing before, okay?

Now this is a whole different thing, okay?

Because I have people sometimes write to me or say.

I say, oh, you one of those faith healers?

Now this is a problem because faith healers really belong to spiritualism.

They really belong to the occult.

And their faith isn't in Jesus.

They call themselves faith healers because they, they're using a demonic power, a fake power or putting some sort of trust in crystals or hocus pocus or what, you know, whatever it is, witchcraft, whatever it is.

And they call themselves faith in healers, but they're not faith in Jesus healers.

You understand that?

And, and as believers, we sometimes need to differentiate this for people that are in the world because we might be called.

Oh, you know, you're, you're the part of that church that has that faith healing.

No, we're that church that puts faith in Jesus the healer, and that healing power manifests in your body.

And it's real.

There's a difference.

This isn't mind over matter.

This isn't some kind of witchcraft.

This isn't some kind of crystal spinning over your naked belly.

Whatever.

Take this potion and do this rain dance.

No, no, no.

This is faith in the healing power of the healer Jesus Christ.

There's a difference.

So this baggage of faith healing, sometimes people come to the church and they're wary when it comes to healing because they've dabbled in things outside of the church which are demonic.

Right.

So, yeah, we need to make sure that we, we're clear with people about that.

And, and some of this, some of this actually isn't helped because they.

People meet Christians in the church that aren't a very good witness either.

So anyway, anyway, ungodly forces.

Sometimes people run into ungodly forces and they have preconceived ideas, baggage from things that have nothing actually to do with God.

Okay, handled.

So we can handle these preconceived ideas and misconceptions.

How do we get past all of these different things?

How do we take the bricks out of the wall?

Well, one of the ways we do that is by focusing people on the truth, on the Word of God.

What does the Word say?

Rather than based on our previous experience.

So Psalm 127, verse 20.

Rather, he sent his Word and healed them, and the Word of God will prepare them to receive.

You know, the Word of God softens our heart to the things of God.

It makes it fertile ground.

So understanding.

This is.

We're talking here, if you're just joining us, the keys to receiving healing.

Right?

There's some missing keys to receiving healing.

Then this is sometimes the reason why people are struggling.

God is good.

This is a massive key.

Okay?

God is good.

Devil is bad.

Good things come from God.

Bad things come from.

From the devil.

Now, if you've been chronically sick, you would know that being chronically sick is not good.

Now, religion might have helped you misunderstand some things by saying, well, you're chronically sick and God is teaching you something, and he can bring some good out of this.

Let me.

Let me just draw the line right here.

God is good, and he only has good gifts for his kids.

That's scriptural.

Healing is good.

That's why Jesus went about healing and.

And doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil.

Right?

Jesus Christ of Nazareth went about doing good and healing.

So healing is good.

And.

And healing people that were oppressed by.

By the devil.

So, so sickness is bad.

It's the oppression of the devil.

Okay, let's just.

Let's just line that out now.

Now, God can teach you something even through bad circumstances.

He can be the silver lining in the cloud.

Right?

He can always.

We can always learn from every experience, but it doesn't mean that God brought that negative experience or that sickness in the first place.

Very subtle, but also very important.

Now, another key to receiving healing.

Here we are.

A faith response is required.

There is a faith response that is required in the same way the salvation is available to anyone and everyone.

Whosoever will call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Amen.

That's the truth.

But also, whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be healed.

That word Saved is also that word, healed man.

Super important.

And you know, when it.

When it says in the scripture, I read this the other day, my Bible reading, that God wishes that none should perish, that but all should come to salvation, that all should be saved, that is also healed.

He doesn't want anyone to die or be sick.

He wants everyone to be healed as much as he wants everyone to be saved.

But we have to put faith in that.

Faith is simply saying, yes, I believe it and I receive it.

It's trust, Lord, I trust you.

I trust you.

When you said that, I believed you.

That's it.

Right?

But we need to respond because we don't just wake up and find ourselves saved by accident.

We intentionally, at some point responded to salvation, and healing comes in some way.

We intentionally at some point respond to healing, to that healing power.

Amen.

So God's will doesn't come about automatically.

Our response is required.

And our response that's required is faith.

Yes, I.

We trust in that.

We trust in that.

So God isn't in heaven picking out who gets saved and who doesn't get saved or who gets healed and who doesn't get healed.

Right.

He's not, like, going, well, you know what?

That person's a good person.

They deserve.

And that person, well, you suck.

No, you're going to hell.

That's not how it works.

God isn't.

God just wants.

He created every single human to be in relationship with him, every single human to know him, to.

To be loved by Him.

And he loves us even before we respond and have the capacity to love him back.

Right.

His desire as a good father is that all of us will turn to him and have relationship with him.

And all of us will turn to him and receive that healing power in our bodies.

You know, so God isn't picking and choosing people like he's picking for a sports team or something.

And some people get picked first, and other people, you know what, you got to sit on the bench because you were lost.

God's not like that.

He's not picking sides.

He already picked you.

He were accepted before you were rejected.

Amen.

Ephesians, chapter one.

And so super, super important.

And here's another thing that we can do, another key, another key to receiving healing that might be missing and, you know, if, you know, a power hour.

We're always talking about the Word.

That's what we're doing before we pray for people.

But we can fill our toolbox with the word of God.

We have a spiritual toolbox right in our hearts.

And we can fill it.

We can fill it with tools by filling it with scriptures, by filling it with the Word of God.

And the Word of God, Romans 10, verse 17.

It says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

That's how we stir up a faith response in us.

People of faith are people that are in the Word.

You can't be person of faith without being a person of the Word because the Word of God is what produces faith on the inside of you.

Amen.

You're going to be.

Every time a circumstance comes, James says you'll be tossed around like a ship on the sea without an anchor.

The Word of God becomes the anchor for our soul.

And, and a systematic approach to reading and studying the Word of God will help you to just be grounded, to have your anchor.

Doesn't mean the storms of life won't come and challenges won't come.

But I tell you, you won't be shipwrecked when they do.

You'll go, you'll sail through the storm and come out the other side.

You'll be the lifeboat that goes and picks up other people that are drowning in the water.

Right?

But you can't do that if you don't have a foundation on the inside of the Word of God for yourself.

Really, really important in.

So when it comes to healing, what is the foundation of the Word that we stand on for healing?

There's so many scriptures, but, you know, and if you.

I'm trying to find my healing scripture card, but I don't think it's in arm's reach of me.

You know, we have a confession card if you want to understand the scriptures, particularly on healing, we have confession cards available on our website and you can get Those we have a healing confession card that has all of the healing scriptures on there.

Okay.

All of the healing scriptures.

And I just want to say this as well.

If you're, if you're watching this program for the first time, you're a first time viewer, we have a gift for you, okay.

And often they'll give those confession cards out as gifts or sometimes they're booklets, but these are all foundations in the word of God.

And so if you want a word based gift just because you're a first time viewer, there is some, a link that the team will put on there for you and you can get a first time gift and it will encourage you in the word of God.

But when it comes to scriptures regarding healing, that is the foundation.

You couldn't get more, more foundational than Isaiah.

Chapter 53, right?

In verse 4 and 5 it prophesies, it says that by his stripes we are healed.

We are healed.

That was, that was Isaiah pointing towards Jesus that hadn't come yet.

And first Peter 2:24 is the new Testament counterpart to that, that quotes it, but looking in a past tense back at the cross saying, by his stripes you were healed.

Past tense.

It's finished.

Psalm 103, verse 2.

Let me, let me pull that up in my scripture.

I want to read this little passage to you because I'm.

There's a few verses I want to just quote off the top of my head and, and mess it up, right?

So Psalm 103.

This is a Psalm of David.

This is a great psalm.

Oh, what is going on in my Bible?

Oh, this is an amplified.

Haven't read this in the Amplified classic before, but as it's already set on that, we'll read it in this.

It says, bless affectionately, gratefully, praise the Lord, oh my soul, and forget not all of his benefits, who forgives every one of all of your iniquities, who heals each one of all of your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, who beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercy, who satisfies your mouth, your necess, your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation.

With good.

With good.

So that your youth renewed is like the eagle, strong, overcoming and soaring.

Man, everyone, he forgives every one of your iniquities and heals all of your diseases, man.

These are, you know, we need.

These are scriptures that we can't just allow to, to go out of our mind.

As a minister, you're all called to be ministers.

Amen.

If you're born again.

You're sufficient as ministers, you know, but these scriptures are our foundation in the word of God that enables us to unlock healing in our lives and in the hearts of other people.

So healing and salvation came in this, in the very same package.

And when we understand Scripture, scripture actually raises people's faith to receive what God provided.

Sometimes people just need to see it in the Word.

We need to see it in the Word.

We need to see it, we need to hear it, we need to read it.

Not somebody's impression of it, not somebody's idea about the Word.

But what actually does the scripture say?

What actually does the Scripture say?

And sometimes we know what we.

You know, you were created to bring back to your Holy Spirit, bring back to your remembrance everything that you've read.

You were created with a.

With a heart to retain and understand.

Scripture is how God created you to be right.

And so if you're struggling to remember Scripture, ask the Holy Spirit to bring back to your remembrance.

But we need to have a foundation in the word of God.

We then that takes a little time.

That takes a little time, right?

And I think that's just super, super valuable.

In our lives in mind and ashes, our breakthroughs have come because we've taken the Word of God and we've had a problem.

We've taken it to the Lord.

We found a scripture, we've confessed that scripture.

We stood in that scripture.

We put faith in that, in God's Word.

And I'm seeing breakthrough because we've learned how to stand on the Word of God even in the midst of a storm.

Amen.

All right, Jesus.

Jesus asked his disciples some questions, and these are some we're talking here today about the missing keys, the missing keys for receiving healing.

Jesus asked questions of people, and sometimes those questions became like a key to unlock something in people's hearts.

And, you know, one of the questions that Jesus asked, they provoked faith in people.

It wasn't that he didn't know the answer.

It was that he was provoking faith in people.

He was getting them to think about, what do they believe.

Just the fact, the very fact that he asked them a question was getting them to think about, well, what do I believe?

Right?

And the more you listen, the more you learn, the more they're ready to receive.

So where did Jesus ask this question?

Do you believe I'm able to do this.

This is in Matthew 9, verse 27 to 29.

He's talking to the blind men.

Do you believe that I'm able to do this?

And he told them, you know, then they were like, yeah, you know, we believe, but this is really important.

The fact, the very fact that Jesus even asked the question, do you believe I'm able to do this?

Meant that these, these guys, they, they had a say, you know, God wasn't just coming down and Jesus wasn't coming down and forcing his will on people.

They had to be active participants.

Active participants.

Look at this.

It says here, I'm going to read this in Matthew, chapter 9, verse 27.

As Jesus passed on from there, two blind men followed him, shouting loudly, have pity and mercy on us, son of David.

When he reached the house and went in, the blind men came in and Jesus said to them, do you believe that I'm able to do this?

And they said to and him, him, yes, Lord.

And then, then after they had agreed, then he touched their eyes.

Do you believe?

Yes.

Then I'm going to pray for you, saying, according to your faith and trust and reliance on the power invested in me, let it be done for you.

And their eyes were opened and, you know, this, this is amazing to me.

He says, according to your faith and trust, according to your faith, let it be done unto you.

Do you believe then?

Yes.

Then according to your faith, let it be done unto you.

What Jesus was saying is in the way that you've believed, in the manner in which you believe, let it be done unto you, man.

Super, super important.

People forget this.

Sometimes we have to respond in faith and actually agree, actually agree with what Jesus is saying.

You know, first of all, what he said.

What do you believe?

What do you believe?

He knew what he believed.

What do you believe?

Do you believe that I'm able to do this?

Yes.

Do you believe.

This is a good question for us today.

Do you believe that Jesus is bigger than your decades of pain?

Do you believe that Jesus is bigger than your medical history?

Do you believe that Jesus is bigger than the more powerful than the medicine that you take every day?

Do you believe that Jesus is more powerful on the inside of you than any surgeon's knife could ever be?

Do you believe that?

Think about that for a moment.

Do you believe that?

Because I see a lot of prayer requests coming in, but I'm asking you a question here.

Do you believe that Jesus is bigger than all of the problems that you've just listed there in the comments?

That's A big question.

Take a moment and think about that because it's really easy to put our lists out of desperation.

But what are you believing for?

Not what is your desperation, not how big is your problem, but how big is your God?

Do you believe in.

Jesus said to him, look, look at this.

Do you believe in.

Let me read this again.

Do you believe that I am able to do this?

Do you believe that God is able to heal you?

Do you believe that Jesus paid the price for you to be well?

Do you believe the devil is crushed beneath your feet?

Do you believe that when we pray these symptoms are going to leave your body?

Do you believe that the power of God flows through you from the word, from this screen?

Do you believe that that sickness and disease is a liar and it has to leave your body?

Do you believe that God is bigger than.

Do you believe that?

Then Jesus said to them, when they said, yes, Lord, yes Lord, I believe.

Then he touched their eyes and he says, well, according to that belief, that faith, that trust that you just confessed, then, then let it be done unto you.

You will get whatever you believe.

For so if you're believing, you can receive, that is it.

And Jesus, you know, there's many examples of this.

Many, many examples of this.

Jesus, you know, what do you want me to do for you, Rabbi?

And I, that I may receive my sight when we, when we will reach out in faith and say, lord, I believe you.

Then, then, then I tell you the power of God is primed and ready to flow.

So I want to pray for you right now.

I want to pray for you, Father.

God, I thank you that your power is flowing through our hands right now.

Look at your hands.

Place them up to the screen.

Say, lord, I thank you that your healing power is flowing through my hand right now in Christ Jesus.

And right now I place my hands.

Wherever that problem is, you put your hand.

Wherever that problem is, wherever that problem is in your body, and you say, I thank you, Lord, that your healing power is flowing in my body right now through my hands and into this area.

And we command in the name of Jesus, every symptom to leave, every pain, every sickness, every disease to get out right now.

In Jesus name, we command death to go and life to come and pain to leave.

We command these nerves to be at rest, stop reporting pain.

We command these pain receptors to be turned down.

We command these joints to move, this stiffness to leave.

We command this organ, this liver, this heart, this function, these intestines, these eyes to function in Jesus name, I thank you, Lord.

Right now.

Heartbeat normally, Lungs breathe normally.

In Jesus name, we command ears to hear and brains to function and organs to work as they were created to be.

In Jesus name, we command that power in to flow through our body right now.

Flow through our body right now.

We command these bones to grow, to be of normal shape and length.

In Jesus name, we command this tumor to leave this cyst to dry up.

In Jesus name, we command this DNA to repent and turn around.

We command these wrong cells, mutated cells in our body, to shrivel up and die.

We command new healthy cells to grow.

We command the blood to flow where it's supposed to go.

Thank you, Lord.

We command the strength and the feeling and the sensation to flow through our nerves.

In Jesus name.

Thank you, Lord.

Thank you your healing.

Now get to praising God.

Lord, I thank you.

Your healing power is flowing in my body.

Lord, I thank you that no sickness and no disease can stay in my body and live.

Lord, I thank you that you sent your word and healed me.

Body, you are healed.

Now in Jesus name you talk to your body if whatever it is.

I had to talk to my legs, you know.

One day I found myself in a wheelchair.

I had so many seizures I fried my brain.

I was 18 years old in a wheelchair.

Couldn't feel much from the waist down.

Didn't have the ability to walk.

But one day the Lord put this thought, this idea in my head that I needed to start speaking to my legs, saying, legs, you are feeling.

Legs.

Legs you are standing.

Legs, legs you are walking.

Legs you are strong.

Legs you can stand and bear weight.

Feet you move.

And as I started to do that, I tell you, I started to put some effort into that.

I spoke first and then I started to put some effort behind that and try to do something I couldn't do before.

And as I did, I found so I had a new ability to move that I didn't have seconds earlier.

Do something that you couldn't do before.

Make a movement that you couldn't make before.

Somebody's getting strength back in their grip.

You're getting strength back in your hands and in your wrists.

In Jesus name.

Thank you, Lord.

Chin up against.

There's a problem behind somebody's ear.

Right behind the ear right now.

That's being resolved.

That's being resolved.

That, that, that pain, that lump is going right now.

In Jesus name, there's a clavicle that's being mended together.

The bone that was broken in your clavicle is being mended together again.

Whole and strong again.

In Jesus Name that arm that was in the sling.

Now is the ability to move freely without let or hindrance.

Thank you, Lord.

Even in the elbow.

Somebody's had a problem with the pain in your elbow with tendinitis, with bursitis, tennis elbow.

Right now we command that pain to leave that muscle, that tendon to be at rest.

In Jesus name.

Thank you, Lord.

There is a heat rash like a heat rash, like a stripe of power going down somebody's spine from the base of their skull to their tailbone.

Right now we command those L3 L4 L5 volt vertebrae to be whole, to be healed, to be repositioned in Jesus name.

Thank you, Lord.

With command sciatica be turned off in the name of Jesus.

Turned off in the name of Jesus.

Thank you, Lord.

Somebody has a tilted pelvis and I think this might have happened as a result.

There's two categories for this that I see.

One is a child birthing injury and one's a car accident, but it's affected your pelvis.

Right now we command that.

That structure to be whole, that pelvis to be whole and healed and repositioned in Jesus name.

Repositioned.

There's a. Oh, there's a repositioning happening.

A repositioning happening.

Thank you, Lord.

Thank you, Lord, for that repositioning.

Power flowing in our bodies in Jesus name.

Shifting and moving things.

Shifting and moving things.

Thank you, Lord, for a loosening up and a tightening.

And there's a loosening here.

There's a tightening here.

Thank you for shifting and a moving of things into correct alignment and positioning.

Thank you, Jesus.

Yeah.

Right now see some of the fear of seizures.

In Jesus name, I declare over you no more seizures.

No more seizures ever again.

And we cancel that fear.

We command those herniated discs to go back into place and that torn rotator cuff to be whole again.

Pain leave.

In Jesus name.

Neurophy out.

Stiffness and numbness in the feet go right now.

Pain for years in the right side.

Right there, right now.

We command that pain in the right side and the groin and in the leg to leave.

In Jesus name.

In Jesus name.

Yeah.

Crushing injuries be removed.

We command those muscles, those bones, those joints, those nerves come back to life In Jesus name.

Full, full shape and size.

In Jesus name.

Thank you, Lord.

Lord, thank you.

Thank you for creative miracles.

Thank you for creating in us new things.

Things that were damaged beyond repair.

Thank you, Lord, for creating new cells in our body, new bone structure in our body, new brain Matter in our body.

Thank you Lord.

For creating new eyeballs, new organs in Jesus name, new nerve, new neurological pathways in Jesus name.

Thank you for creating new skin, new skin where there's been wounds and decay.

Thank you Lord.

For creating new enamel.

We declare new enamel, new strength and bone matter.

There's new bone matter density coming back to your jawbone.

In Jesus name.

For creating new corneas over the eyes, for sealing new eardrums in Jesus name.

For growing new hair, new hair on the head.

New strength, new life in Jesus name.

Lord, we believe it, we receive it right now.

We receive those things growing in our body right now in Jesus name.

Thank you, Lord.

Right now we remove every obstruction, every lead, every hindrance that's come again, every blockage in the way.

We remove those in the name of Jesus.

Thank you Lord.

For opening up passageways, for opening up airways, for opening up intentions, intestines and digestive systems, for blood vessels and arteries that have been narrowed with cloth, clogged arteries and restrictive and hardened arteries.

In Jesus name capillaries.

We command those to open up right now.

Open up blood flow where it's supposed to go.

Thank you Lord.

For dead cells coming back to life again.

Thank you, Lord.

Oh, I hear the Lord say there's no room for dead weight.

There's no room for dead weight in your body.

That means there's no room for dead cells.

There's no room for decay and death.

There's no room for that right now.

We speak life where there is death.

We speak growth where there is decay.

Thank you, Lord.

Thank you Lord, for a blooming of healthy bacteria in the body.

I thank you for blooming and strengthening of the immune system in the body, the immune responses in the body.

Thank you Lord, for.

For an enlargement of capacity.

I see a lung capacity that has been diminished, but it's enlarging.

The Lord is enlarging your breathing capacity in Jesus name, opening up those lungs to breathe again.

Thank you, Lord.

Lord, we believe and we receive strength in our bodies, new life.

I don't care what the name of the disease is, but there's no degeneration here.

There's no degeneration, so there's no degeneration in my body.

It's in my body was called to live.

My body was called to live.

Thank you, Lord.

We speak life, resurrection, power into your body in Jesus name.

And we cancel every early death assignment of the enemy.

You know, the enemy has an early death assignment over some of you right now.

We cancel the early death plans of the enemy.

And we declare over us we shall not die, but live and declare the goodness of God in the land of the living.

We cancel or all cancers.

We cancel cancer in Jesus name.

There's.

I see something particularly in the throat like a throat cancer, thyroid cancer.

Right now we can we curse that in Jesus name.

Bladder cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer.

We cancel those in Jesus name.

We come on leukemia to leave that bloodstream.

Leave that bloodstream.

Pancreatic cancer.

Cancerous cells in the pancreas die right now in the.

In the small bowel, in the intestines, in the colon.

Right now.

We command those pre cancerous cells, those can those cells with an early death assignment.

We curse you in Jesus name.

And we command them to shrivel up and be passed out of your body in Jesus name.

Thank you.

You know, somebody you've had like, they look like cancerous moles, lumps and bumps on your skin.

We command those things to shrivel up, dry up and fall off, then detach themselves from you.

Somebody's had a cyst on their.

On their waterline of their eye, like right on the edge where the little hairs, the eyelashes grow out.

And it's just.

It's just unsightly, literally and painful.

Right now we command that thing to shrivel up and fall off in Jesus name.

Thank you Lord.

Shrivel up, dry up, fall off in Jesus name.

No cysts in the eyes.

Somebody you've.

You keep getting really bloodshot eyes.

That pink eye.

There's an infection in your eyes right now.

We command that infection in the eye to, to just go, go blink, blink, clear up in Jesus name.

We command that blurriness in Jesus name.

That conjunctivitis to leave in Jesus name.

Thank you, Lord.

You know, there's all kinds of viruses in the body.

Somebody's had an upper respiratory virus, lot of coughing, a lot of mucus.

Unable to lay flat at night.

Right now we command that mucus in the body, in the lungs to dry up and that virus to die in Jesus name.

Die right now in Jesus name.

Somebody's had.

It's like a chronic fatigue syndrome.

A chronic fatigue.

Me like a chronic fatigue.

A post viral syndrome.

Chronic fatigue syndrome, ME.

Right now we curse that in Jesus name.

And we command that immune response to stop that fatigue to stop in Jesus name.

We say that strength and life in you will be renewed.

Strength and life and energy will be renewed.

New ability in your body to digest all kinds of food normally.

In Jesus name.

No more muscle weakness.

No more aches and pains in the bodies.

No more headaches and chronic tiredness.

No, that is not a thing that belongs to you.

Right now.

We cancel every lying symptom of the enemy.

No more diminished and weakened immune system.

No, that doesn't belong to you anymore.

We declare over you life and strength, that virus.

Leave your body in Jesus name.

Glandular fever.

Leave your body in Jesus name.

No.

No.

Somebody.

You've had a low grade fever, a low grade fever for just a long time.

And just general feeling of malaise and tiredness and just weakness.

Lethargy.

No energy to do anything.

You get exhausted even by brushing your hair and showering.

Right, right now we command that malaise, that lethargy.

It's like an oppression.

We command that to be lifted off of you.

Lifted we were.

This is demonic, right now we rebuke that in Jesus name.

That spirit of infirmity.

We rebuke it in the name of Jesus.

And now we declare over.

You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.

Christ is strengthening you.

It's coming back to you.

Strength is coming back to you.

Energy coming back to you.

There are small cells in your body called mitochondria cells.

They're like the powerhouse cells of the human body.

And somebody.

Your mitochondria cells have been failing you, so you have no energy.

Right now we combine those mitochondria cells to be recharged, to be replenished, to.

To regrow.

They've been under attack.

Somebody has a shingles rash and pain.

Pain in a ring around you, on your arms, around your back, all around your middle.

It's a shingles rash and I'm not sure if the shingles virus is active in you anymore.

I have a feeling it's dead.

But the nerve endings are inflamed right now.

We command those nerve endings to be at rest in Jesus name it.

All those blisters dry up right now.

All that pain, all that sensitivity, all that throbbing pain in the head, leave right now, somebody.

It's almost like your face feels different.

Right now you need to do something you couldn't do before.

You used to get a crack in your neck.

It's kind of like a party trick, but actually it's really bad for you.

You've had a problem where you didn't have full range of motion in your head, from you putting your chin on your chest to putting your head up.

Something you've had a nerve and blood vessel pinching problem in the back in the base of your skull.

It's to do with the shape of your cranium.

You know, at the beginning of the program, I read a testimony from a lady that just got healed watching Power Academy from that very thing.

She'd been wearing adult diapers, and now she doesn't need to anymore because her bladder incontinence has been healed.

She is healed, and I believe the same for you.

We command those muscles in your bladder to tighten up, Tighten up and hold the contents as it should.

No more failing, no more weakness, no more incontinence.

I can feel heat all over my body.

Yeah, there's heat.

You get heat in your body when the power of God is flowing through you.
