The outbreak follows a Monday evening round that produced at least 14 preliminary tornado reports across Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin, including an EF2 that cut a seven mile path through Ottawa, Kansas and left tens of thousands without power in southern Wisconsin.
