SHOW NOTES:

In this month of February, I am sharing how you can live out love everyday.  But, how do you love those who hurt you?

You listeners know how hard it is to love those who hurt you--Heartache of a love lost, trauma from physical abuse, PTSD from an attack, anger from being neglected, bitterness from wrongs piled up over the years, or you listen to the voice inside your head and ponder on-going thoughts of SELF-hate.

How do you move from feeling hurt to showing love?

How do you move from experiencing the trauma once again to showing love?

How do you move from self-hate to self-love?

I believe you can move from feeling hurt to showing love. So, listeners, I invite you to listen to my personal reflection on how to love those who hurt you.  You can LIVE OUT LOVE.
