What are the phases of growth, and who do you need to hire at every stage? Why is consistency so important in this business? On this episode, husband and wife team, Greg and Stephanie Sisson, share how they’ve grown their business, the challenges they’ve faced, and what has worked for them.

Hiring people for the right reasons and training them to be salespeople, instead of hiring them for the quick fix, has been huge. -Stephanie Sisson

3 Things We Learned From This Episode

Greg’s favorite motivational quote (01:37 - 02:04)

“God will always give you what you would have asked for if you knew everything. He knows.

Trust in the process, who you are, and that everything is going to work out for the good.”

How to hire the right way (11:46 - 12:49)

Don’t hire people as a quick fix. It’s important to already have prospective hires warmed up and on the bench so that you get the right people. Put out feelers in the market, and make that a system in your operations.

Why you need an in-house videographer (18:58 - 19:35)

There’s so much value in having your videographer and photographer in-house. An in-house person can capture a lot that an independent contractor won’t be able to get because they’re not there all the time.

In real estate, the process to success is predictable. If you follow it, and you’re willing to sacrifice and you have a good support system, you can do great things.
