On this episode of Outspoken with Joy Silver, it's an exploration of the Netflix series Godless. Joy is joined by HJ Grayson (A.K.A Heather) to determine if it is a ”feminist” film. They analyze the series relationship to the Western Genre, its hero archetype, and what the core resolutions are by the characters in the film as they relate to gender.  They also take that next step to discuss how the heroes and individuals vs. community continue to plague our maturation into a functioning adult society today, especially when it comes to guns, sons, and gender.
