In today's episode, which is part 1 of a two-part episode, I had the honour and pleasure to pick the brains of my dear brother-Coach Ismail Hersi, for life lessons from his life story, experience, knowledge and wisdom. He is someone who is passionate about inspiring and empowering the youths of his local community.

In this episode, he shares his early upbringing and the challenges he had to face during his childhood and how they have shaped his life and who he is today. And what inspired him to become a football coach and to want to make a positive difference to the youths in his community.
