The Psalmist. Psalm 19:1, 2. Hi, it’s Nathan, and this is a BONUS Day in 30 Days of Psalms. I’ve known these words since I was a kid. Unfortunately, in today’s electrified, smoggy world, starring up into the magnificent beauty of a star-studded night sky is a rare treat. At the same time, the incredible advances in modern space exploration have enabled us to see the world beyond our horizon in ways never imagined even 100 years ago. Picture after picture streams through our digital windows telling bits and pieces of our Creator’s story. In each is written the might of his ingenious mind and his tender interest in creating a world of delight for creatures given the capacity to revel in it. Our hearts, exposed to his story writ-large across the canvass of the heavens, can experience ever-deepening wonder and soaring delight.
