Shownotes

Former NFL cheerleader for the Minnesota Vikings, Jessica Naber is the founder of Jessica J, an enterprise whose core philosophy is on gluten-free. When she was a baby, no one wanted to hold her because she would end up vomiting on them due to the fact that she could not process the baby formula that she was given (which most likely contained gluten). Later on, Jessica developed anemia and continuously had low iron and migraines. Finally, in her junior year of college, she decided to be tested and found out that she, indeed, was positive for Celiac disease. After undergoing a complete transition away from processed foods, she is now happy to be gluten-free. Her business, Jessica J, grew out of her passion to help people understand what Celiac disease is, what eating gluten-free means and being able to bring people information about how to follow a healthy diet and live a healthy lifestyle!
