This week we are thrilled to welcome pro long course athlete Danielle Lewis back to the show! Danielle has had an incredible season so far this year, including a great result at Ironman Worlds in Nice, but she’s not done yet. She told us in this episode all about how she’s sharpening up for 70.3 world championships in Taupo in December, and how she’s mentally taking on a season that goes so late in the year. We also got to hear about some of the ups and downs of the past few years for Danielle, and how she’s faced them head on and persevered to get to the success she’s having now!
