After a rescheduled therapy session is cancelled, I have a very hard day. I have all kinds of thoughts about not being able to get the help I need, and spiral pretty intensely into despair. I practice observing (and describing, cause hey, it's a podcast), and mindfulness to current thoughts. And I judge the fuck out of myself until I understand that my feelings and thoughts are part of the facts of the situation!
