QUOTES:
“The key to understanding an OSO is; they want to acquire good practices. They don't want to acquire you when you're six months out of residency. And if your practice is decreasing in value, this is not an exit strategy for a doctor looking to retire. Think about it as if you were looking to buy an ortho practice.” - Dr. Glenn Krieger
“Smile Doctors have a Rising Stars program, where they take a young associate and mentor them and teach them management, leadership and try to make them the best they can be. The hope is that these people will stay for long periods because it's a safe, enjoyable, lucrative and rewarding place to be.” - Dr. Glenn Krieger
