Inspired By Achievement – Daily Wisdom

Welcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps. We are on Day 1733 of our Trek, and it’s time to explore another nugget of wisdom, which includes an inspirational quote along with some wise words from Gramps for today’s trek. Wisdom is the final frontier in gaining true knowledge. We are on a daily trek to create a legacy of wisdom, seek out discernment and insights, and boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before.

Hello, my friend; this is Gramps. Thanks for coming along on today’s trek as we increase Wisdom and Create a Living Legacy. Proverbs 16:16 How much better to get wisdom than gold, and sound judgment than silver!    If you apply the words you hear today, over time, it will help you become more healthy, wealthy, and wise as you continue your daily trek of life. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget:

Today’s quote is from Ralph Lauren, and it is: When a leader has the vision and conviction that a dream can be achieved. He then inspires the power and energy to get it done.

Inspired By Achievement

Depending on the situation or circumstance, we are either leaders or followers. When we have the opportunity to lead, we must lead well. A dream requires a vision and conviction that you can achieve what you set out to do. When your followers see that vision and conviction, they will also believe that it is possible. As a result, your followers will be inspired with power and energy to accomplish the tasks set before them. In the other situation, where you are a follower, look to the leader to show you the vision and conviction needed to complete the dream ahead of you and follow well.

We need to understand that our gifts of leadership or the talent of being a support person come from God. We are responsible to God for how we utilize these gifts. Use them wisely.

Romans 12:6-8

In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.

As you ponder this nugget of wisdom for yourself, please encourage your friends and family to join us and then come along tomorrow for another day of ‘Wisdom-Trek, Creating a Legacy.’
