Did you know that you can strength train from the inside? Yep, even around your pelvic floor and bladder!
Honest question----ever laugh really hard and suddenly feel like you are about to pee in your pants? What about sneezing? Don’t laugh, but there IS a training for that. Look, as we get older we literally need to think about HOW we train HOW our body works, as well as training our muscles and just moving our body.
Aging just makes that a reality. My guest calls herself a pelvic floor strength coach and specifically has programs and ideas for HOW you can take care of that embarrassing feeling of losing control of your bladder.
