About our guest: Sarita Fichtner

Sarita is a highly sensitive children's book author who lives on the West Coast of Canada. After struggling for most of her life with mental health, she transformed her world after discovering "The Highly Sensitive Person" by Dr. Elaine Aron. Sarita is now dedicated to a growth mindset, personal development and creating her own reality, all while being mindful of her highly sensitive boundaries. Her debut children's book, "Pop Out Loud, First Day of School", is about embracing emotions and honouring sensitivity in preschoolers and young school aged children.  She believes the world will change when we can mindfully embrace who we are from a young age.
