Welcome to episode 8!!

My goodness we've got a bumper episode for you with section 2.2 of the HSAW'74!

We continue the jargon busting with subsection 2 which puts additional specific duties on an employer to their employees. To see the legislation in full, visit legislation.gov.uk or search The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 on the HSE website.

A quick reminder that as these episodes explain certain meanings, it is super beneficial to listen in order as we will refer to some terms that have been explained in previous episodes.

We have got just over 50 minutes of fabulousness with this episode so clear your diary, maybe get some steps in and have a wander in the fresh air while you listen - although it's probably far more fun indoors if it's raining.....
