In today's episode, which is part 1 of a two-part episode, I had the honour and pleasure to pick the brains of my dear brother, Theo Smith, for his life story and the knowledge, experience, and wisdom he's gained thus far in the school of everyday life. He is someone who has made some big decisions and some personal transformations in his life in recent years.

And in this episode, he shares his story of how his upbringing has shaped his life thus far and how he discovered and embraced the religion of Islam and the challenges he had to face and overcome in telling his family about becoming a Muslim. And the importance of seeking real happiness and fulfilment.
