In this Thriving Thursday episode, Gaby Mammone asks Nkechi Nwafor-Robinson to share her COVID-19 experience with us.

In early April, Nkechi found out that she had caught the Corona virus. Days after learning of the results, her breathing was so impacted that she had to admitted to the hospital, put on oxygen and undergo treatment. 

She gives us a view into the experience, how she talked herself through it, and what helped her rise out of it. 

Now, fully on the other side of this experience, she is extremely grateful for life and the message that she received as a result of this experience.
