On the latest episode of the Freshly Squeezed Podcast, host Tom Lemmon sat down with another member of the PCS team, Harry Noutsos, the Chief Transformation Officer.

Of all the podcast guests so far, Harry has one of the longest and most varied careers, beginning his career as a research analyst at Credit Suisse before moving onto modelling. He then worked for Bank of America in structuring and origination, and held similar but more senior roles at Santander.

In 2011, he joined ING's treasury team to become Head of ABS and part of a core team responsible for over €100bn of the liquidity portfolio of the bank, before finally joining PCS in 2021.

With such a fascinating career journey, this episode explored the skills that Harry developed to become a leader in structured finance and how the attitude of continuous learning has shaped him as a person.
