Lesson 271: It's Easier To Destroy Than Build

In my city, every day another building is demolished as construction begins on yet another project. Here's the thing though, when it comes to demolishing, it takes days however the construction takes months and months. It's super easy to break things down than to build things up. So when given the option, always pick building things. Is it the difficult option of the two? Sure but it is the better of the two.
