So let's learn to ground our own space, to ground the house that we are in

Speaker:

so that you can have better sleep.

Speaker:

Also just have a better energy flow in your house.

Speaker:

So let's get to it.

Speaker:

When you're ready, just go ahead, close your eyes, place your feet on the floor.

Speaker:

If you're lying down, you might not be able to do that, but you can just imagine

Speaker:

your feet connecting with the earth.

Speaker:

And then take a nice deep breath.

Speaker:

And then as you breathe, just let that breath go all the way across your body.

Speaker:

are covering all your spinal area and just going all the way down to your tailbone.

Speaker:

As you keep breathing, you can just imagine that breath or your

Speaker:

prana traveling everywhere in your body, traveling in your hands,

Speaker:

traveling in your feet, traveling everywhere in all your cells.

Speaker:

Great job.

Speaker:

And now as you do that and you start creating the sacred sanctuary for you,

Speaker:

imagine the earth hugging you.

Speaker:

Gaia is our divine mother.

Speaker:

So when you sit down, when you start meditating, this is

Speaker:

where you become the child.

Speaker:

And Gaia comes and Gaia hugs you, so you can give yourself a hug because

Speaker:

she's hugging you, maybe she's carrying you like a little child.

Speaker:

And just imagine her hug, how she's holding you from your waist

Speaker:

and then below that, how she's really carrying you right now.

Speaker:

So whatever you carry in your space,

Speaker:

all of that is held by Mother Earth.

Speaker:

And you can let her take away stuff because she's your mother.

Speaker:

She's a divine mother regardless of what relationship you have with your mom.

Speaker:

She is the divine feminine.

Speaker:

She is the divine mother.

Speaker:

So just let her take the pain away from you.

Speaker:

Anything that you feel is hard for you, any problem that you're struggling with,

Speaker:

you can just relax and you can allow her to take that stuff away from you.

Speaker:

Just breathe.

Speaker:

The key here is allowing.

Speaker:

So just breathe, just let that release happen.

Speaker:

Gaia is more than happy to take stuff away, but just let her do that.

Speaker:

So as she starts doing it, you will notice beautiful energy coming up from

Speaker:

the earth, going up from the back of your legs, then coming up all the way

Speaker:

to the tip of your tailbone and then going back down from your feet as well.

Speaker:

And this is beautiful earth energy that's rubbing, that's

Speaker:

flowing through your space.

Speaker:

And it's rubbing all the stuff that doesn't belong to you, all the stuff

Speaker:

that's causing you anxiety or depression.

Speaker:

And it's just taking all of that, painful energy away.

Speaker:

So just let the earth do that and you can smile.

Speaker:

The easiest way to let all of this happen is just smile.

Speaker:

Just enjoy that embrace with Gaia

Speaker:

and breathe and be happy.

Speaker:

Look up at the sun.

Speaker:

Your sun, your gold sun is there and he is showering beautiful golden light onto you.

Speaker:

It's all coming down in your space and you're really becoming this golden person.

Speaker:

So the sun is bringing you up to your highest vibration energy.

Speaker:

So let the sun do that.

Speaker:

And you can just sit and relax and be in this beautiful shower.

Speaker:

And now as you feel that you are really blessed.

Speaker:

in this sanctuary that you're creating for yourself.

Speaker:

Just look at your space and at the outer layers, build a circle around you.

Speaker:

So it's like a sphere of gold and you can sit in that gold.

Speaker:

So that becomes your inner sanctuary.

Speaker:

So in this inner sanctuary, you are in the center.

Speaker:

And you separate

Speaker:

that space that is outside you.

Speaker:

So inside this gold sphere is you, whatever serves you.

Speaker:

And outside is the outside world.

Speaker:

So it's a beautiful sanctuary you've got.

Speaker:

There's a gold sun that's connected to that.

Speaker:

And there's, um, Mother Earth that's releasing from the gold sun as well.

Speaker:

So if there's just stuff hanging around in your space, just random stuff, random

Speaker:

thoughts, they can all go down as well.

Speaker:

And put up your magic finger, you can press the button and you can just

Speaker:

start revolving the sphere around you.

Speaker:

So you are sitting in your peaceful state and there's this halo There's this fear

Speaker:

that's around you and that's just really going very fast, super fast around you.

Speaker:

And what this fear does is it really lets you release at a much higher speed.

Speaker:

Anything that's coming to you, anything that's foreign, it just blocks that.

Speaker:

All the foreign negative chatter, chaos, all of that just hits this gold

Speaker:

circle and then just flies back off.

Speaker:

And inside you have the sanctuary now, where your space

Speaker:

is at your highest vibration and you have the space to visualize,

Speaker:

to think, to breathe, to feel good.

Speaker:

Amazing.

Speaker:

Great.

Speaker:

Good job.

Speaker:

So as you sit in this sanctuary,

Speaker:

this is where you can look at your house.

Speaker:

So just imagine your house in front of you.

Speaker:

Imagine it like a drawing.

Speaker:

And now give your house a grounding card.

Speaker:

So imagine your house in a sphere as well.

Speaker:

And give that a grounding chord.

Speaker:

So there's a grounding chord that goes from the bottom of the sphere and goes

Speaker:

all the way to the center of the earth.

Speaker:

And that grounding drains away all the stress, all the anxiety from your house.

Speaker:

It starts going all the way down to the center of the earth.

Speaker:

And up above, now you want to set your house at a really good space.

Speaker:

So as all of this is releasing, think of a vibration that you would

Speaker:

want to set your house to be at.

Speaker:

So maybe you want peace.

Speaker:

Maybe you want amusement.

Speaker:

And you can just sprinkle that there from the gold sun and

Speaker:

notice what color it becomes.

Speaker:

So maybe it's a light green color, maybe it's a pink color, but in that

Speaker:

sphere, put that vibration color.

Speaker:

The gold sun is holding that space.

Speaker:

So just let that color happen and let your house keep draining out anything.

Speaker:

If there's particular energy that you want to be drained out, you can just

Speaker:

call it out and you can go, okay, I want all the negative thoughts to go out.

Speaker:

You could say, I want all the slow, stale energy to go out.

Speaker:

If you feel that there's some areas that are cold or damp, you can just

Speaker:

say, hey, I want all of that to go out.

Speaker:

And you can do this physically as well, but you can

Speaker:

definitely do this spiritually.

Speaker:

Take some sage and just put that in your house.

Speaker:

You can redecorate your house spiritually if you like.

Speaker:

If there are places that feel very dark.

Speaker:

You can just clean them up, bring light in there, put some sage, light some stage,

Speaker:

light some incense sticks, you can even put some crystals, you can put some light.

Speaker:

And bring in more gold light, bring in more of the gold suns, bring in

Speaker:

more of the vibration that you want.

Speaker:

Your thoughts are very powerful.

Speaker:

So use your thoughts and give that your vibration.

Speaker:

Your thoughts are very powerful.

Speaker:

So use your thoughts to set the vibration for your house.

Speaker:

Say what you want to have in your house.

Speaker:

You could say, this is my house and I want it to have peace and

Speaker:

joy for everyone that's inside it.

Speaker:

And just watch as the energy changes, just watch as your house starts glowing more.

Speaker:

Anything that feels untoward, you can just clear that.

Speaker:

If you feel the roof of the house doesn't look okay, you can clear that.

Speaker:

If you feel there's some extra leaves around the floor, around the foundation,

Speaker:

you can just walk around your house as you look at it and just give it a healing.

Speaker:

Great.

Speaker:

Just watch the space And when your house looks really golden to you, when

Speaker:

the sphere looks very golden as well,

Speaker:

that's when you can just go ahead, snap your fingers, and send this

Speaker:

house bubble to the universe.

Speaker:

The universe will hold that space for you.

Speaker:

And if you ever feel like your house needs more grounding, it needs a little

Speaker:

bit more reinvigoration, Which it will in time because energy settles and you

Speaker:

just need to re shake it, re set it.

Speaker:

So then just bring the bubble back and re set the energy of your house.

Speaker:

So good.

Speaker:

But for now, you can send it back.

Speaker:

You can come back to yourself.

Speaker:

Look at your own space, look at your own sphere around you

Speaker:

and enjoy.

Speaker:

You can say thanks to Mother Earth.

Speaker:

You can say thanks to the Sun as well.

Speaker:

And you can tell them, Thank you for holding space.

Speaker:

And you can tell them that you will ask for them again.

Speaker:

You can also ask them to continue holding space for you as you walk

Speaker:

around and go about your business.

Speaker:

You can give them the permission that you allow them to help you release and to help

Speaker:

you be in your space throughout the day.

Speaker:

Great job.

Speaker:

When you're ready, you can slowly open your eyes.

Speaker:

So this is an amazing meditation.

Speaker:

This is how you can ground your space.

Speaker:

It's especially good exercise if you feel troubled while you're sleeping or

Speaker:

there's just some anxious energy, anxious thoughts that are running in your house.

Speaker:

This is a good way to do it.

Speaker:

It's a great exercise to do before you go into a hotel as well.

Speaker:

Even after you've been there, it's okay just to settle the space and

Speaker:

just to feel a lot more grounded and calmer wherever you are.

Speaker:
