SHOW NOTES: The Gospel of John is filled with rich truths and it’s profound theologically. In these first verses, the reader is introduced to the Word, the Life, and the Light. The Word (Logos), the Son exists from all eternity. The Word became flesh – Jesus – and lived on the earth. When we receive Him and believe in His name, He has the right to make us children of God. This is a personal relationship with the One, True God. “From his abundance we have all received one gracious blessing after another.” – John 1:16
