holistic clinic in Canada and how your, what you ingest affects

your physiology and your biology.

But what you ingest can include the air, can include the food

and can include thoughts.

And it also can include self ingesting meaning patterns that you have.

Imagine that there are things that are affecting your health right now

Instantaneously, that's really where I want to go today showing you some things

that you didn't even know you didn't know.

And maybe you would never have asked.

Maybe some things you did know, maybe in passing, but you never actually let

yourself fully integrate with them.

And I'm going to use.

Examples today, some examples and I'm going to talk about my life.

There might be a couple of clients that I think of, but there's some stories I'd

like to share that are perfect examples.

Jennifer Hough:

One that's alive and well for me actually today.

Jennifer Hough:

A little bit about the science of youthfulness, a little bit about

Jennifer Hough:

some daily habits that you can do, and last but not least not

Jennifer Hough:

so much mindset shifts, because other people do that kind of stuff.

Jennifer Hough:

What we're interested in is having your right brain have a conversation with your

Jennifer Hough:

left brain about the entire paradigm you have for life, so that you shift, shift.

Jennifer Hough:

The paradigm, which will actually change the beliefs, which

Jennifer Hough:

will then change your mind.

Jennifer Hough:

And that will change your biology.

Jennifer Hough:

So imagine that you can go to the highest level, change the

Jennifer Hough:

paradigm and everything else.

Jennifer Hough:

Starts to shift.

Jennifer Hough:

All right now, of course at the beginning of every show.

Jennifer Hough:

What do we do?

Jennifer Hough:

How are you?

We talk about how you are.

What's your word for the day?

Where are you at?

What's going on?

It's a day on this particular day of the podcast There is an alignment of a whole

Jennifer Hough:

bunch of planets whether you believe in astrology or Astrophysics or any of

Jennifer Hough:

that stuff at all doesn't really matter because Astrology millions of people

Jennifer Hough:

do hundreds of millions of people do and because of that it does affect the

Jennifer Hough:

magnetics of the planet that alignment.

Jennifer Hough:

So there's something else that affects our biological age.

Jennifer Hough:

When we have cosmological events that we're not aware of that directly impact

Jennifer Hough:

Our physiology, and we're not when we run around this is a day like any other when

Jennifer Hough:

it's actually not a day like any other.

Jennifer Hough:

It happens to coincide with some a fairly significant inauguration as well.

Jennifer Hough:

And there's lots going on.

Jennifer Hough:

Let's just say that there's lots and lots going on.

Jennifer Hough:

And this kind of stuff absolutely does impact you because in a

Jennifer Hough:

world, so let's first go to the environment in which you swim and

Jennifer Hough:

how that impacts your biological age.

Jennifer Hough:

We'll start with defining what is your biological age.

Jennifer Hough:

Well way back when in the olden days when I was 20 some odd, almost 30, I

Jennifer Hough:

decided I met this guy, super cool, very well known medical doctor at

Jennifer Hough:

the time and he was doing something called a biological age test.

Jennifer Hough:

Now at that point I did a lot of work around biological terrain

Jennifer Hough:

and biological terrain Talks about the swimming pool of your body.

Jennifer Hough:

So I don't know if about swimming pools or hot tubs, but if you consider that your

Jennifer Hough:

body is like a swimming pool or a hot tub.

Jennifer Hough:

Okay.

Jennifer Hough:

And the swimming pool or hot tub of your body.

Jennifer Hough:

Has a certain level of pH for your blood pH for your urine per pH

Jennifer Hough:

for your interstitial fluids, and they're all mediating each other.

Jennifer Hough:

So that the important things like your blood stay in the proper pH, which

Jennifer Hough:

will then throw off the extra pH.

Jennifer Hough:

PH of the rest of the fluids because if your blood PH is off, you could die.

Jennifer Hough:

So your interstitial fluids and your urine and a whole bunch of other things tend

Jennifer Hough:

to be the things that act as the buffer.

Jennifer Hough:

So imagine that your body's like this swimming pool and when the PH of your

Jennifer Hough:

swimming pool goes off or your hot tub, what happens is algae starts

Jennifer Hough:

to grow or other things can grow.

Jennifer Hough:

Nobody throws the algae in there.

Jennifer Hough:

There's no like spores going into the hot tub.

Jennifer Hough:

It actually just starts to grow because the pH is off.

Jennifer Hough:

Now, if you have a perfectly pH balanced pool, you could throw algae

Jennifer Hough:

right into the pool and it would die.

Jennifer Hough:

In other words, it becomes a very uninhabitable house.

Jennifer Hough:

Becomes, Uninhabitable, right?

Jennifer Hough:

For those bugs.

Jennifer Hough:

So oftentimes we talk about Candida.

Jennifer Hough:

We talk about parasites.

Jennifer Hough:

A lot of people in my world know all about that.

Jennifer Hough:

We talk about some of the pathogens like SIBO and even things that

Jennifer Hough:

cause like H. pylori or things that cause chronic fatigue.

Jennifer Hough:

And most people are looking at not, they're looking at

Jennifer Hough:

what to do to kill the bug.

Jennifer Hough:

Okay.

Jennifer Hough:

But not what caused pH of the swimming pool to go off in the first

Jennifer Hough:

place because it wasn't the bug.

Jennifer Hough:

How did the bug start to grow in the first place?

Jennifer Hough:

And why was your biological terrain off?

Jennifer Hough:

So I started to look into this and it's why my practice became so big,

Jennifer Hough:

but I was doing it for myself because I was having serious health issues.

Jennifer Hough:

I had been exposed to major toxins.

Jennifer Hough:

Which is one of the reasons why the pH in your pool can go off.

Jennifer Hough:

I got exposed to all sorts of heavy metals and according to the

Jennifer Hough:

specialist, they said I really ought to have died from what I had.

Jennifer Hough:

And so that's one of the reasons it can go off.

Jennifer Hough:

But then when I went in and went on a journey of being a holistic nutritionist,

Jennifer Hough:

and then what happened is I did all the detoxes, but only got two thirds better.

Jennifer Hough:

And this leads to another reason why your biological terrain can be off.

Jennifer Hough:

I got so freaked out about putting the wrong things in my body.

Jennifer Hough:

I got so freaked out about never eating wheat or dairy

Jennifer Hough:

or sugar, any of those things.

Jennifer Hough:

I got so flipped out about Making sure that I don't have alcohol

Jennifer Hough:

and all of these things now, fortunately, I don't like alcohol.

Jennifer Hough:

So that was easy.

Jennifer Hough:

But but all of these things, right?

Jennifer Hough:

And I'm like, holy crap, all these things to be afraid of mercury in the fish.

Jennifer Hough:

And I started to listen to different doctors that whose whole life is

Jennifer Hough:

to freak you out about that stuff.

Jennifer Hough:

And get on their newsletters and I just went down this wormhole realizing

Jennifer Hough:

that the number one cause of death, the number one cause of disease, I

Jennifer Hough:

should say is stress and I was.

Jennifer Hough:

Simply causing my own stress.

Jennifer Hough:

There's actually a name for it.

Jennifer Hough:

You've heard of anorexia.

Jennifer Hough:

Well, when you get overly uptight about what you eat and how much you

Jennifer Hough:

exercise and oh, my God, all these bad things are going to happen.

Jennifer Hough:

When you get into the addictive cycle of that, it's called orthorexia.

Jennifer Hough:

And so I remember myself going down that path until I realized, Oh my

Jennifer Hough:

God, I'm causing my own disease.

Jennifer Hough:

The stress has a trickle down effect on my body.

Jennifer Hough:

And that trickle down effect puts your nervous system on a higher alert.

Jennifer Hough:

Then you're vigilant for everything that could hurt you.

Jennifer Hough:

One of the worst things for me was MSG it's actually MSG still isn't

Jennifer Hough:

the greatest thing for me either.

Jennifer Hough:

So orthorexia is a thing and orthorexia was causing me a lot of stress, but I

Jennifer Hough:

want to talk about another kind of stress.

Jennifer Hough:

So let me first give you all of the reasons why we can get even

Jennifer Hough:

older than our age and why we don't get even younger than our age.

Jennifer Hough:

So first biological terrain.

Jennifer Hough:

What is biological terrain affected by?

Jennifer Hough:

Biological terrain is affected by toxic exposures, not pathogenic

Jennifer Hough:

exposures, because once you get toxic, the pH of your pool changes.

Jennifer Hough:

That's when you start to attract the bugs.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not the only reason, but it's our reason.

Jennifer Hough:

You start to be a good house for the bugs.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not that you attract them.

Jennifer Hough:

It's that you, if you'd even get exposed to a little bit.

Jennifer Hough:

I think there's over a hundred million pathogens that we're exposed to per

Jennifer Hough:

day that our skin is so good at.

Jennifer Hough:

Keeping away, but let me tell you it's a lot of pathogenic

Jennifer Hough:

stress that comes your way.

Jennifer Hough:

Nevermind the environmental stuff.

Jennifer Hough:

Second thing is.

Jennifer Hough:

The way you plug into life, the way you think about life, so if you carry

Jennifer Hough:

people and you're trying to be a good person and you're trying to get to in

Jennifer Hough:

front of to heaven, if you're trying to and you carry the weight of that,

Jennifer Hough:

that will cause definite spiritual dissonance and the spiritual dissonance

Jennifer Hough:

is caused because creation, of course, wants you to have the most amazing life.

Jennifer Hough:

You're an extension of that, which creates and so creation is wanting

Jennifer Hough:

to have an experience in this world.

Jennifer Hough:

Right.

Jennifer Hough:

The more out of alignment with the dream that's dreaming you, i. e. you're

Jennifer Hough:

an extension of source, if you're an extension of source, then there's an

Jennifer Hough:

alignment with source that you were born to be in and an expression of

Jennifer Hough:

yourself that's most in alignment.

Jennifer Hough:

And how you're in that alignment is because life is effortless, that

Jennifer Hough:

everything is coming to you that.

Jennifer Hough:

It's all happening really well.

Jennifer Hough:

Another thing, and those kinds of things are going to cause

Jennifer Hough:

what I call epigenetic Issues.

Jennifer Hough:

It's going to trigger over time.

Jennifer Hough:

That kind of stuff will create the biology that triggers the genes

Jennifer Hough:

that you don't want to express.

Jennifer Hough:

Genes for the most part can't trigger.

Jennifer Hough:

You can have the, you can have the breast cancer gene, But if you don't have the

Jennifer Hough:

biochemistry that triggers that gene and the biochemistry is a direct result for

Jennifer Hough:

the most part, 95, 93 percent for it's as according to Bruce Lipton, the geneticist

Jennifer Hough:

for the most part, you can control 93%.

Jennifer Hough:

Of that, of what happens in your body, which means that this idea of a genetic

Jennifer Hough:

predisposition is true, but if you change your mind and the way you plug into life

Jennifer Hough:

and you do a lot of personal development and deep work, what happens is you

Jennifer Hough:

start to free yourself of the thinking ancestrally that triggers those genes.

Jennifer Hough:

Right.

Jennifer Hough:

And definitely read or I would watch the video about biology of beliefs

Jennifer Hough:

by Bruce Lipton on that subjects.

Jennifer Hough:

One of my favorite people.

Jennifer Hough:

All right.

Jennifer Hough:

I'm going to talk about one of those today.

Jennifer Hough:

And then we're going to go into, of course, there are foods, but you got

Jennifer Hough:

to look at how much foods have to do with how you're feeling about yourself.

Jennifer Hough:

I know, you know what I mean.

Jennifer Hough:

How many more cookies or chocolate or ice cream or whatever it is do you eat?

Jennifer Hough:

How much more of that stuff do you eat when you're actually not

Jennifer Hough:

feeling confident in yourself?

Jennifer Hough:

But let's go back to confidence because it, for me, it's so foundational.

Jennifer Hough:

It's why my practice got so big because I started looking at the psycho

Jennifer Hough:

neuroimmunology, the epigenetics and the biophysics of what happens in

Jennifer Hough:

our bodies, not just the food stuff when I felt empowered with food.

Jennifer Hough:

So the empowerment was almost as important with the food as the food

Jennifer Hough:

when I got exposed to those toxins.

Jennifer Hough:

And that empowerment got me two thirds better.

Jennifer Hough:

I was in the right mindset and I did all the cleanses.

Jennifer Hough:

And then, of course, it took me over and I had a very mild form of orthorexia,

Jennifer Hough:

which caused manifested more things wrong.

Jennifer Hough:

Right?

Jennifer Hough:

Okay.

Jennifer Hough:

I want to share with you a little thing that came up in the last week.

Jennifer Hough:

In the last week, we had a couple of technical things that were fairly huge.

Jennifer Hough:

And I've been looking, some of you know that I've been looking

Jennifer Hough:

at there's a predisposition in my family around the thyroid and, but

Jennifer Hough:

mine is more immune immunological.

Jennifer Hough:

I have a little thing immunologically right now, and I'm attracting

Jennifer Hough:

all the right people and all the right stuff to take care of it.

Jennifer Hough:

However, I absolutely knew that there was a deep seated paradigm

Jennifer Hough:

shift that needed to happen.

Jennifer Hough:

Because there were some ways that I was plugging in with my sweetie.

Jennifer Hough:

There were some ways that I was plugging in with one of our staff.

Jennifer Hough:

There were some things happening and then, and things happening in the

Jennifer Hough:

background around there was my health stuff and then there was

Jennifer Hough:

something that I've been working on a project with someone else and there

Jennifer Hough:

was some stuff going down with that.

Jennifer Hough:

And I thought.

Jennifer Hough:

It's all bringing up the same kind of feeling within me.

Jennifer Hough:

It's a feeling of lack of safety in the world.

Jennifer Hough:

It's a feeling I want to change the world so that I can feel safe.

Jennifer Hough:

I remember when we used to teach, get out of your own way.

Jennifer Hough:

And this young woman, I went around the whole room and said, why are you here?

Jennifer Hough:

And everyone told me and was amazing and vulnerable and incredible.

Jennifer Hough:

And then, The 18 year old whippersnapper in the room, I had

Jennifer Hough:

an 81 year old and an 18 year old, I love that they had transposed ages.

Jennifer Hough:

And the 18 year old said, Jennifer, why are you in this program?

Jennifer Hough:

And I went, what now?

Jennifer Hough:

And then I realized it's so smart.

Jennifer Hough:

And before I could think about my answer, the truth came out.

Jennifer Hough:

I'm doing this program Of course, because I want to build bridges, but

Jennifer Hough:

in building bridges to understanding life from the perspective of the

Jennifer Hough:

thriving operating system, what happens is the world around me gets better,

Jennifer Hough:

and I have more people to play with, and not only does it become a safer

Jennifer Hough:

world, but it becomes more rich and fulfilling in my world, too, as people

Jennifer Hough:

understand the physics of flow and fulfillment and meaning in life.

Jennifer Hough:

And they shift to the thriving operating system.

Jennifer Hough:

And I thought, wow, that's interesting.

Jennifer Hough:

I really own that.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not a bad catalyst to do something good in the world.

Jennifer Hough:

Trust me.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not, I'm not judging it, but I thought there was

Jennifer Hough:

something interesting about it.

Jennifer Hough:

Then what happened a few years later, and I'm sharing this with you

Jennifer Hough:

because I want you to look in your life to see if you've ever done this.

Jennifer Hough:

Have you ever done that?

Jennifer Hough:

Where you do something for someone else?

Jennifer Hough:

Because definitely it.

Jennifer Hough:

It has you feel safer or you feel better or you feel like a little more peaceful.

Jennifer Hough:

Years later, I was doing something that was totally out

Jennifer Hough:

of the goodness of my heart.

Jennifer Hough:

And it was a dear friend that they were going to lose their farm and

Jennifer Hough:

they did trail rides for people from far and wide and on the

Jennifer Hough:

most beautiful piece of property.

Jennifer Hough:

And I really love her so much to this day.

Jennifer Hough:

And.

Jennifer Hough:

I just had this inspiration that we would do a barn raising.

Jennifer Hough:

And so we got everyone together and it didn't take any work.

Jennifer Hough:

The big hardware company in Canada called Canadian Tire, they all donated stuff.

Jennifer Hough:

Cause I think they knew her.

Jennifer Hough:

And then all the people that board their horses there, Oh

Jennifer Hough:

my gosh, they were all in.

Jennifer Hough:

And then this, it was amazing.

Jennifer Hough:

It was amazing.

Jennifer Hough:

It was like miraculous.

Jennifer Hough:

People bought backhoes and got free paint.

Jennifer Hough:

And.

Jennifer Hough:

I just felt so good of it about it until a husband who worked in

Jennifer Hough:

the banking industry, who was the husband of one of my clients talked

Jennifer Hough:

to her and said, she can't be doing that from the goodness of her heart.

Jennifer Hough:

She's got to have an angle.

Jennifer Hough:

So he emailed me directly and told me, That I have an angle and that he'll

Jennifer Hough:

never believe that somebody would do something altruistically now I get he's

Jennifer Hough:

in the banking industry totally jaded, but remember this is 25 years ago or

Jennifer Hough:

whatever probably something like that and and I didn't Get myself as well as

Jennifer Hough:

I do now I didn't realize that people could be so jaded and cynical and I spent

Jennifer Hough:

hours every night for two weeks trying to convince him Back then that No, I like

Jennifer Hough:

really I am and we would go back and forth and he didn't want to pick up the phone.

Jennifer Hough:

He just wanted to be right that I was wrong and I remember I

Jennifer Hough:

just wanted him partial.

Jennifer Hough:

I was carrying the weight of the world.

Jennifer Hough:

I'm like, oh Somebody who thinks that we can't have that we

Jennifer Hough:

have to change his mind, right?

Jennifer Hough:

So then I started carrying the world like we have to change his mind

Jennifer Hough:

because he can't just pretty arrogant.

Jennifer Hough:

Innocent really If we look at it, I was being pretty innocent,

Jennifer Hough:

but at the same time, I remember how traumatized I was by that.

Jennifer Hough:

And it didn't really take away from the barn raids.

Jennifer Hough:

It was amazing.

Jennifer Hough:

We totally did what we set out to do.

Jennifer Hough:

We put their farm back on its feet after some neighbor really messed with them.

Jennifer Hough:

So that happened.

Jennifer Hough:

And I thought to myself, I worked through it a little bit.

Jennifer Hough:

But recently I've noticed that same feeling is coming up, that feeling of

Jennifer Hough:

unsafety, that feeling of people being every man for himself, that feeling

Jennifer Hough:

of, and I realized, and that feeling of people needing to protect themselves

Jennifer Hough:

and making sure that they're collecting evidence for how wrong I am or how How

Jennifer Hough:

I can't possibly, has anyone had this?

Jennifer Hough:

Have you guys had this where someone really didn't get you and you fought

Jennifer Hough:

for a little bit for them getting you and maybe even carried it?

Jennifer Hough:

Well, I realized what was underneath that is again, I'm going back

Jennifer Hough:

to trying to save the planet.

Jennifer Hough:

And when you try to save the planet, it's a form of carrying and when

Jennifer Hough:

you carry stuff, your nervous system is going to be affected.

Jennifer Hough:

Your thyroid eventually is going to be affected when you feel responsible for

Jennifer Hough:

the weight of the world, like a lone wolf responsible or nobody else gets it.

Jennifer Hough:

There's a cost to that.

Jennifer Hough:

There's a cost to your body because that's not how it works.

Jennifer Hough:

And we, when we start dawning paradigms that aren't how it works,

Jennifer Hough:

what happens is your body's going to tell you every symptom in your body.

Jennifer Hough:

We developed a technique called the Yesense technique, and we do that in

Jennifer Hough:

our semi annual we actually teach people how to do it, but every symptom

Jennifer Hough:

in your body is a communication and I've been through a lot of things today.

Jennifer Hough:

The planets are aligned.

Jennifer Hough:

That's a big event.

Jennifer Hough:

We've got an inauguration, which significantly alters

Jennifer Hough:

the way the world has worked.

Jennifer Hough:

Right?

Jennifer Hough:

I don't care what side of the fence you're on.

Jennifer Hough:

Doesn't matter to me at all.

Jennifer Hough:

Right?

Jennifer Hough:

And then we've got to the pots being stirred that way.

Jennifer Hough:

Then we've got it's the beginning of a year.

Jennifer Hough:

Then we've got quantum computers, AI, we've got all sorts of things

Jennifer Hough:

that are causing life to speed up.

Jennifer Hough:

So there's this soup that's like being stirred, and in the soup

Jennifer Hough:

that's being stirred, there's something called perturbation.

Jennifer Hough:

And perturbation means there are a lot of variables, there's a lot of

Jennifer Hough:

cards in the air and it causes the nervous system to be a little eee.

Jennifer Hough:

On red alert and when you're nervous system, even if you don't know it, and I

Jennifer Hough:

realized all the things that happened to me last week, everything, all of it was

Jennifer Hough:

a lot and I'm used to be able to handle a lot, but I realized there were extra

things that happened to me to perturb the misalignments within me and in order to

Jennifer Hough:

get back to my optimal state of health.

Jennifer Hough:

I had to have a realization that would change my biological terrain so

Jennifer Hough:

that I would stop being susceptible to what's going on in my body.

Jennifer Hough:

And I have a lot of earth angels that that shake you end up with

Jennifer Hough:

people who will shake your tree.

Jennifer Hough:

They're like these earth angels that even if you don't, appreciate how

Jennifer Hough:

they're being, even if you, if they make your eye twitch, it doesn't matter.

Jennifer Hough:

It's pointing to something and what it was pointing to for me that I could

Jennifer Hough:

feel my biological terrain start to shift almost instantly when I got it.

Jennifer Hough:

Is that, it is not mine to carry the world.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not yours either.

Jennifer Hough:

It's mine to do what my piece of the puzzle of heaven on

Jennifer Hough:

earth is designed to do.

Jennifer Hough:

As someone gave their word earlier, their word was actually presence.

Jennifer Hough:

When you're in presence, there's only doing what presents.

Jennifer Hough:

There's only doing what the marriage of life, your forward trajectory, and

Jennifer Hough:

what's the dream that's dreaming you.

Jennifer Hough:

And What the future is calling for there's only when the confluence of those

Jennifer Hough:

three things come together, then you're going to be inspired to action, but you

Jennifer Hough:

don't need to carry the way to the world.

Jennifer Hough:

Consciousness is already completely in and of every single molecule

Jennifer Hough:

and atom of everything that exists.

Jennifer Hough:

The awareness of all that is already exists.

Jennifer Hough:

Showing up in the present moment means you're showing up for that confluence

Jennifer Hough:

where anything you need to know, anything you need to do, anything that life is

Jennifer Hough:

calling to you is going to actually happen because you're not being pulled

Jennifer Hough:

by shoulds, musts, and have tos that are giving you biological symptoms.

Jennifer Hough:

Now, what does this all have to do with biological age?

Jennifer Hough:

How do you reverse your biological age?

Jennifer Hough:

It is actually what we're talking about today that often is a major root cause,

Jennifer Hough:

because until you shift the way you plug into life, like I did actually today,

Jennifer Hough:

that's why I was excited to share with you today, like I did today through

Jennifer Hough:

getting that life already has me, it doesn't matter that people misunderstand.

Jennifer Hough:

People do not have to get me.

Jennifer Hough:

It doesn't matter that everyone's in harmony in the short run.

Jennifer Hough:

In fact, sometimes when things aren't in harmony, sometimes

Jennifer Hough:

it's time to have a conversation.

Jennifer Hough:

Sometimes it's time to take space.

Jennifer Hough:

Sometimes it's time to let go because the major thing that matters for your

Jennifer Hough:

biological terrain, remember your pH.

Jennifer Hough:

Is your peace, your alignment.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not to say that oftentimes having a deep conversation to come to a deeper

Jennifer Hough:

understanding of life like I did this morning with my dear colleague Susanna.

Jennifer Hough:

It's not to say that having a deeper understanding doesn't change

Jennifer Hough:

your way of plugging into life.

Jennifer Hough:

But sometimes the conversation isn't forthcoming yet.

Jennifer Hough:

Sometimes the person you need to talk to isn't ready yet.

Jennifer Hough:

Sometimes maybe they will never be.

Jennifer Hough:

But your internal piece, your frequency, Your alignment with you matters more than

Jennifer Hough:

anything else, because that's what has you be motivated to eat the things, to have

Jennifer Hough:

the conversations, to drink the things, to put the air purifier on that you got on

Jennifer Hough:

sale because you were so in your presence.

Jennifer Hough:

Everything comes down to your presence.

Jennifer Hough:

Last but not least, I bet you thought I was going to talk about food first.

Jennifer Hough:

Of course, it matters.

Jennifer Hough:

What you drink.

Jennifer Hough:

There are definitely five foods that generally don't do anyone a service eating

Jennifer Hough:

them in that they tend to affect your, the pH in your gut the most, which then

Jennifer Hough:

can give way to things like dysbiosis.

Jennifer Hough:

In other words, you're supposed to have six, three to six pounds of good bacteria

Jennifer Hough:

in your colon and dysbiosis means you don't, you have some other kind of bug.

Jennifer Hough:

And that's because you're swimming pools off.

Jennifer Hough:

So the foods that can most cause that are sugar, wheat, alcohol, corn.

Jennifer Hough:

And the last one is debatable.

Jennifer Hough:

I leave it open for people who who are, have different food sensitivities, but

Jennifer Hough:

things that you might be sensitive to.

Jennifer Hough:

So wheat, dairy, sugar, corn, alcohol are the general five.

Jennifer Hough:

And there are things that you might be sensitive to that you know

Jennifer Hough:

about that could cause problems, but that's not here for today.

Jennifer Hough:

The other thing is there are a lot of people drinking reverse

Jennifer Hough:

osmosis water, but they're not putting minerals back in their water.

Jennifer Hough:

And I know there's a mineral company called Remite, R E M Y T E. The best.

Jennifer Hough:

And I love putting cell food in my purified water as well.

Jennifer Hough:

So that my water is alive.

Jennifer Hough:

You want live water.

Jennifer Hough:

I learned that 30 years ago from my dear friend, Patrick Flanagan.

Jennifer Hough:

Hey buddy.

Jennifer Hough:

So these are some of the things, probably the amount that I talked

Jennifer Hough:

about the emotional connection to your wellbeing versus the

Jennifer Hough:

amount that I talked about food.

Jennifer Hough:

That's probably about the proportion to which those things matter, right?

Jennifer Hough:

You getting used to your ability to choose where you focus.

Jennifer Hough:

It matters far more than the food that you eat because often your

Jennifer Hough:

lack of choice about where you put.

Jennifer Hough:

Now, I'm going to put a final caveat on our discussion today.

Jennifer Hough:

Sometimes you'll have something physiologically wrong with you.

Jennifer Hough:

Like you jumped out of the airplane without the parachute

Jennifer Hough:

and you hit the ground.

Jennifer Hough:

So there's something that got broke on the way.

Jennifer Hough:

So for instance, your thyroid or maybe.

Jennifer Hough:

or it could be a broken bone or it could be something just isn't working.

Jennifer Hough:

Maybe you got adrenal fatigue or whatever it is.

Jennifer Hough:

You got C diff, you got SIBO.

Jennifer Hough:

When you're there It actually requires extra help to repack the parachute

Jennifer Hough:

so you can get back up in the plane.

Jennifer Hough:

And so know that my experience is that shifting that kind of stuff

Jennifer Hough:

with thoughts alone, is you actually need some physical help.

Jennifer Hough:

To what I call it's your organ cushion.

Jennifer Hough:

It's to reinforce your organ cushion.

Jennifer Hough:

So you don't just have this much cushion in your body and the littlest things send

Jennifer Hough:

you over the edge of the cliff that you have a very big organ cushion so that your

Jennifer Hough:

body has enough to restore and repair.

Jennifer Hough:

So hence I was in a hyperbaric chamber yesterday, but there'll come

Jennifer Hough:

a point where my body has enough and it has everything it needs and Yeah,

Jennifer Hough:

everything I need is coming to me.

Jennifer Hough:

Everything you need is always coming to you too.

Jennifer Hough:

We're reversing your biological age though.

Jennifer Hough:

Don't get too hung up.

Jennifer Hough:

And of course there's exercise, but don't get too hung up on the exercise and food.

Jennifer Hough:

Without understanding that doing the mind stuff, doing the breathing stuff doing

Jennifer Hough:

the stuff for your emotional and spiritual well being and understanding the thriving

Jennifer Hough:

operating system so far outweighs it is paramount because then it's easy to

Jennifer Hough:

eat well, then it's easy to eat healthy.

Jennifer Hough:

You'll find the things on sale that you need.

Jennifer Hough:

It matters so much.

Jennifer Hough:

So I hope that was helpful today.

Jennifer Hough:

Life has you, you are loved.

Jennifer Hough:

Understand that there's a lot happening.

Jennifer Hough:

Have a lot of grace for yourself in the next.

Jennifer Hough:

Week in the next four or five years as all the cards are in the air and

Jennifer Hough:

they're landing, the more you try to carry it and make it peaceful

Jennifer Hough:

for other people, the less you're paying attention to your own self.

Jennifer Hough:

You really, in these times of great change, in order to get younger,

Jennifer Hough:

as you biologically add years, it requires that you put yourself first.

Jennifer Hough:

That you give as Lisa Nichols say from your overflow and that's what

Jennifer Hough:

we're here for so I'll leave you with this every morning I talk to myself

Jennifer Hough:

from the future of that day and have the day already I did it this

Jennifer Hough:

morning and I have the day already.

Jennifer Hough:

The day that I imagine is possible.

Jennifer Hough:

I'm not visioning it because I'm talking about it like it already happened.

Jennifer Hough:

Had the best day was so filled with good people and great conversations.

Jennifer Hough:

Gosh, I got a lot accomplished and I got given to in ways that I had no idea.

Jennifer Hough:

Just the best possible ways, including my conversation with

Jennifer Hough:

Susanna and Jeannie, right?

Jennifer Hough:

Including even even though places where I was agitated, I would never have.

Jennifer Hough:

Gotten the insight that got today without the contrast.

Jennifer Hough:

Sometimes that's the greatest angelic experience and I just really

Jennifer Hough:

thoroughly got on a much deeper level that everything happens for me.

Jennifer Hough:

There isn't anything that doesn't happen for me.

Jennifer Hough:

And then at the end of today, a lot of this stuff that I future activated

Jennifer Hough:

won't have happened, some of it will, but what I collect evidence for is I

Jennifer Hough:

collect evidence for what did happen so that I start to be trained myself

Jennifer Hough:

to be vigilant for those results that are transcendent of what I expected.

Jennifer Hough:

And I train myself to be vigilant for the blessings.

Jennifer Hough:

So the way you can start today with changing your epigenetic health,

Jennifer Hough:

your psycho neuro immunological health, is to start to be vigilant

Jennifer Hough:

for what did happen that was good.

Jennifer Hough:

And collect evidence for it and get your biology used to an more expansive day

Jennifer Hough:

by actually starting your day with a day that was already good for your mind.

Jennifer Hough:

It generates a biology of that future.

Jennifer Hough:

So those are the things that, I am in constantly more mastery

Jennifer Hough:

of because you never get it right and you're never perfect

Jennifer Hough:

and I am blessed and so are you.

Jennifer Hough:

So let's all focus forward that way.

Jennifer Hough:

Together, because that's how we build bridges.

Jennifer Hough:

To a world that we desire peace out for the thriving life today.
