Lesson 256: Understand Their Trouble

To get the best out of your teammates, you should make sure you know what their troubles are. Now, this isn't easy because people rarely just share what troubles they are facing. However, if you create an atmosphere where everyone knows they can speak up and they will be heard, you are a whole lot closer to knowing what they might be facing. Once you know their troubles, put things in place to solve them.
