Daniel Swenson-Klatt spent 20 years teaching middle school English.  He was alwasy comfortable in the kitchen and had a knack for baking.  He won over many fans before he ever opend his first business.  He finally found himself unable to put off a career change any longer and he left his teaching job and struck out on his own.  He wanted to live and work in the same neighborhood, so he drew a cirlce aroundhis house and looked for available space in that circle to open Butter Bakery Cafe.  Daniel has grown his business and moved to a larger location.  He says he learned a lot about business as a teacher in a charter school.  Find out how he made the career change without having the necessary capital to be self-funded.
