Worldly Wisdom & Science Fails to Find God

I’m going to show you some pictures that I think you will find very interesting.

 This is a depiction of the Tabernacle in the wilderness. As you can see, you’ve got the clouds by day and the fire by night. Then, you have the tabernacle itself. You will see to the left, there is the altar of burnt offerings. Then, there is another offering right just before the entrance of the Tabernacle.

This was temporary, and it was located in Shiloh right after they entered the ‘promised land.’ So, here is this picture showing the tabernacle. This is the one that was destroyed during Samuel's time because of the sins of Hophni and Phinehas.

Here is a picture of the temple in Jesus’ day. The orientation of this view is actually from the Mount of Olives. So, you would be right about this view in relation to the temple.
