Transcripts

Today I have a microdose meditation for you to help you stay present. When you feel ready, settle in to a comfortable position, and if you like, you can close your eyes. Of course, here, you're always at choice so you can leave them open if that feels safer to do so.

Unless dropping, we can begin with a generous breath in breathing up fully through your nose if you can, and now release the breath breathing out fully through your mouth. Sometimes we believe that we have to do it all. We need to climb the whole mountain. Fix everything right in this moment, but healing doesn't work that way.

It happens moment by moment.

So let's come back to this moment. Simply breathe.

You don't have to do the next thing. All you need to do is be here.

As you're breathing in, notice that you're breathing in, and as you're breathing out, notice that you're breathing out.

You can repeat this to yourself. Think of it as a little mantra. I don't have to do what's next. I just need to be here now.

Give your nervous system permission to settle. Let your heart find its rhythm.

Allow yourself to trust your inner wisdom on what is next.

Allow it to unfold with grace.

Thanks for practicing with me and joining me in putting. A beautiful ripple into the world.
